Hotel is nice from outside and at the lobby
On a dusty road with sea view but far from city restaurant
It has very limited food options inside that must be booked because they have not a real kitchen
Rooms are old fashioned. Our room air conditioning did not work properly and they offered an extra fan, rather than proposing to change the room in an empty hotel. Forget SPA…
Not worthy even far the price, ci suffering also prices in Puerto Madryn
They forgot to charge two coffees at breakfast (where they recycle the fruits of the day before…) and sent me a mail asking for payment after check out… two coffees

Situé loin du centre de la ville, comme par hasard, restaurant et fitness fermés pour la durée de notre court séjour (ce qui semble être fréquent…) Pas de personnel pour servir au bar, aucune possibilité de se nourrir sur place. « route » d’accès non goudronnée… Je ne peux recommander cet hôtel.

Hotel bonito, mas o quarto estava quente e não resolveram o problema. Café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Área do chuveiro muito pequena, desconfortável. A piscina/ soa só podem ser usados no fim de semana e com taxas… Esse hotel foi uma decepção

This property is uniquely odd. We arrived at night by car after long drive and couldn't figure out where the entrance was. The grounds are unkept and access roads gravel. It seemed to be an unfinished construction project. Under the light of day the entire upscale neighborhood behind the hotel is in the same unfinished state. Of the 36 rooms I think only 3-4 were occupied. Inside hotel was nicely decorated inluding great room with superb view of the bay. Restaurant breakfast was good, evening meal not so much--go elsewhere.

El hotel es hermoso con una vista inigualable. El desayuno esta muy bueno. La atencion excelente. La habitacion espaciosa y con una hermosa vista. Esta a unas cuadras del centro por lo que alquilamos auto .Volveremos en otra temporada para hacer otras actividades en Madryn

El hotel está ubicado lejos del centro, se necesita un auto. Pero lo valore en 5 puntos porque esta a pasos de la Costanera que se puede caminar de punta a punta La habitación , todas, tienen vista al mar, muy limpias, con un olor riquísimo, espaciosa luminosa. Con escritorio, mesa y frigobar, apta para comer y beber algo fresco. Muy silenciosas. Un baño muy amplio Wifi aceptable Atención muy cordial Para mejorar: más opciones de cena, al estar alejado del centro, resulta muy tentador poder quedarse a cenar pero las opciones eran muy limitadas

Excelente ubicación, si bien esta distante del centro es un hermoso lugar, muy buenas vistas, el hotel impecable y todo su personal también. Yo mejoraria el servicio del bufet, para cenar, es muy limitado o si no es caro

Excelente hotel em Puerto Madryn, Chubut, Argentina. Elegante e discreto ao mesmo tempo. Quarto bom, cama boa e banheiro com banheira. Restaurante com comidas boas a preços honestos, apesar do cardápio pequeno. Único defeito é que fica um pouco longe do centro da cidade.

Mala experiencia despues de haber estado 6 noches con mi esposo. Llegamos y el lavatorio en el baño no corria el agua y tenia pelos la bacha! Imposible de creer!! Un asco de roña! El Spa que dicen tener solo funciona los fines de semana y feriados, de 18 a 22 hs ( jaja cualquier horario!) pero podes tener la sorpresa que reservas masaje, como nos ocurrio a nosotros y te lo cancelan 20 minutos antes porque nadie tomo masajes ni servicios y deciden no abrir el SPA para no pagar a un empleado! No se puede ser mas miserable!! Te recomiendo que te olvides de este hotel y pases de largo hay otras ofertas en Madryn al mismo costo con Spa, pileta y otras mejores ofertas
