The hotel I stayed at in Puerto Montt, Chile, was the most perfect, comfortable, and flawless accommodation of my entire South American trip. Every aspect exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! 🌟 Superb Location: City Center + Department Store Downstairs The hotel is located in a prime location in downtown Puerto Montt, offering unparalleled convenience for travel and daily life. A large department store is right downstairs, making dining, shopping, buying daily necessities, and leisure activities just steps away – so convenient and user-friendly for tourists. 🌊 Huge Floor-to-Ceiling Window: Direct View of Seno Reloncaví Bay + Tenglo Island The room was very spacious, and the most stunning feature was the entire floor-to-ceiling window with an unobstructed view of the magnificent Seno Reloncaví Bay. Outside the window was Isla Tenglo, where the huge white cross was clearly visible. On a clear day, you could also see the distant snow-capped mountains. The view of the sea, island, and snow-capped mountains all in one frame was breathtaking. Lying in bed or sitting on the sofa, you can enjoy stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets – pure bliss! 👨💼 Warm and attentive service, making you feel right at home throughout. All staff members were enthusiastic, patient, and professional, making you feel especially safe in a foreign country. • The front desk staff proactively used translation software for detailed communication, answering all questions without impatience; • The welcoming staff downstairs proactively helped with luggage and greeted you warmly – attention to detail was paramount; • Most touching: When the tour guide called, the welcoming staff proactively answered and translated into Spanish, clearly conveying the itinerary, meeting time, and important information – thoughtful and reliable. 🥐 Abundant breakfast, especially friendly to Asians. The buffet breakfast had a dazzling array of choices, perfectly catering to Asian tastes: hot dishes, bread, fruit, yogurt, cereals, drinks – everything you could want, including stir-fried vegetables 🥬 – light, palatable, and with a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying and delicious meal every day. • Hot Food Area: Smooth scrambled eggs, fried sausages, stir-fried vegetables, and boiled eggs – warm and comforting. • Cold Food Area: Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, ham slices, and cheese cubes – refreshing and not greasy. • Fruit Area: A variety of seasonal fruits such as bananas, pineapples, oranges, and kiwis – sweet and fresh. • Dessert and Bread Area: Muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cakes, and various breads – soft and delicious. • Beverage Area: Freshly ground coffee, hot tea, juice, milk – all available, along with local specialties. Even better, the restaurant also faces the sea directly, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while admiring the ocean view. Even seagulls will fly to your window to "mooch" – a truly unforgettable experience. 🛏️ Clean and comfortable rooms with impeccable attention to detail. The guest rooms are spotless and tidy, with soft bedding, well-maintained facilities, and a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Even more thoughtful is the availability of purified drinking water opposite the elevator, ensuring clean drinking water is readily available – environmentally friendly and convenient, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. ✅ Summary: Impeccable, a must-stay choice This hotel boasts a great location, stunning views, spacious rooms, warm service, excellent breakfast, and impeccable attention to detail. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Relonkawi Bay, Tengolo Island, and the snow-capped mountains. The city center offers comprehensive amenities, and the service makes you feel right at home. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights this time, and it will definitely be my first choice again when visiting Puerto Montt. Highly recommended for every traveler!

The scenery is stunning, and the location is unbeatable, but those with sensitive sleep should proceed with caution. My stay at the Nofort Hotel in Chile was a bittersweet experience. Let's start with the pros. The most breathtaking aspect was the view! The hotel is by the sea, and the ocean-view rooms offer unparalleled vistas. On a clear day, you can clearly see the snow-capped mountains to the east, and the sunsets are so beautiful you don't want to leave the hotel. You could easily spend an entire day just sitting by the window watching the sea, the mountains, and the sunset. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and I especially want to praise the table – it's enormous, perfect for business travelers, and very easy to use. Regarding service, the front desk and reception staff were extremely welcoming and responsive, day and night. One night, the heating was on too high (it gets unbearably hot here in winter), and I woke up at 2 AM feeling sweltering. I went to the front desk for help, and the staff on duty immediately brought me a cooling device – their service was excellent. The location is also impeccable: the back door leads directly to the largest shopping mall in the area, and the supermarket is just a 30-second walk away, making it extremely convenient for both tourists and business travelers. Of course, the drawbacks are also quite obvious. If you're a bit of a nerd like me, you might want to think twice: 1. Poor breakfast experience: The restaurant is small, and there are too many tourists, making it difficult to find a seat. 2. Severe noise problem: The hotel is right next to a main road by the sea, and even with the windows closed and earplugs on, the traffic noise is still overwhelming. Even worse, sports cars frequently speed through the streets at night, with deafening engines that severely disrupt sleep. 3. Overheating: In winter, the indoor temperature is like an oven. Although the staff helped resolve the issue, that night was truly unbearable. In summary: If you're not sensitive to your sleeping environment, or if you prioritize views and convenience, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. However, if you need a quiet sleep like I did, be sure to bring earplugs and noise-canceling equipment, or simply avoid rooms facing the road. I chose this hotel for a business trip because of its office space and location; if I were to come back, I might still have some reservations. Recommended for: Tourists obsessed with sea views, business people needing a large desk, and shopaholics. Not recommended for: People severely sensitive to noise, and those who prefer quiet sleep.
