Mala recepción y hotel muy helado sin calefacción. En mi caso, iba con niños menores de 3 años. Además había reservado habitación con 3 camas pero no les quedaban cuando llegué y tuvimos que dormir 4 personas en una cama matrimonial. El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras del hotel y el sector no se ve muy seguro. El lugar solo tiene un restaurante, nada más.

Es la segunda visita al establecimiento...su personal y las comidas y desayuno..para mi ver marcan la.diferencia..muy contento de haber vuelto y su ubicación es privilegiada...lo recomiendo a grupos familiares

Buyer beware,i booked a room at don luis but had to cancell.I gave enough notice of my cancellations but did not sem to matter as i was charged for the romm regardless.Now i am very concerned they will keep charging my card in the future.I have been warned of high criminal activety in chile and now i have experianced it without even entering the country

En general bien,( nosotros habíamos estado allí años atrás) están remodelando, solo algunos detalles en la habitación (una cortina no subía pq cinta estaba mala) ,una luz detrás de cama encendía y se apagaba, la tina de baño super resbalosa , tuvimos que pedir una goma para seguridad. LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL EXCELENTE. El restaurante buenos platos, muy acotada su carta eso si. y tuvimos mala suerte pq uno de los días en los cuales íbamos a estar en el hotel casi todo el día se cortó el agua por problemas de filtración, casi todo el día. Recomiendo poner en las tinas esas cintas anticaídas, no colocan gorra de baño ( recomiendo que las pongan total no incrementa el valor de la habitación. pero sumando y restando fue una buena estadía de 9 días.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, y el baño también y sin ventilación. De todas maneras esta bastante bien pero la atención del personal deja bastante que desear. En el estacionamiento uno de los empleados nos ofreció correr el auto de otra persona para poder salir ya que el nos e animaba orque había chocado a otro… un delirio e inconsciencia de su parte. Por otro lado la señora que está en el desayuno es muy antipática… hay algunas empleadas atentas pero se opacan por el resto. Si buscas excelencia anda a otro hotel.

Acogedor lugar sala pequeña de reuniones.Existe un salón más grande con sala de pool pero no la pasan para eventos. Es bonito pero antiguo, le falta remodel****. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero no modernas. En general es un buen lugar para hosped****

Durante el mes de Abril visité este hotel y tuve una pésima experiencia. Durante la limpieza botaron una mascarilla especial de 40 dólares que utilizo para los viajes internacionales. Cabe resaltar que la mascarilla estaba en la mesa, cubierta por material aislante y bien protegida sin contaminar alrededores. Cuando fui a la administración no me dieron solución ni reembolso y solo me dijeron que podía escribir en el libro de reclamaciones si deseba. Por otro lado, durante los dos días que estuve SIEMPRE encontré platos sucios con restos de comida en el pasadizo los cuales se quedaban toda la noche sin recoger dando mal aspecto a las áreas comunes. Definitivamente por el precio esperábamos mejor atención con los objetos personales de los huéspedes.

Hotel que tuvo una mejor vida. Habitaciones limpias pero con un mantenimiento solo regular, con una ducha que nunca se calentó, llegando solo a entibi****. Desayuno muy simple, con una calidad mediocre, donde solo habia pan integrla de molde y al pedir leche para cortar el café, nos indicaron que no habia... Tuvimos que conformarnos con la leche fria dispuesta para los cereales... Al menos las opciones dulces eran aceptables. Decidicamente no vale lo que cuesta.

Siamo stati nel ristorante sabato a cena . Posto fantastico e personale preparato. Cibo di alta qualità. Da provare il piatto forte del locale. Baccalà alla vicentina. Dolce consigliato lo strudel. Ritorneremo volentieri per gustare altri piatti.
