The hotel is in a good location, only a five-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. All rooms facing the sea are sea view rooms. WiFi is also great. You can choose to stay here when you go to Torres del Paine Park.

El personal del hotel es sumamente atento. Desde que uno llega lo hace sentir bienvenido, con la reserva uno puede hacer uso del spa y además tiene bebida de bienvenida en el bar. La habitación es increíble, amenidades de lujo, batas y todo aquello que uno puede necesitar en un viaje (cepillo, kit de belleza, etc). Incluso por lo frío y seco que suele ser Puerto Natales, la piel sufre mucho. Pero tenían una crema de almendras deliciosa y bastante hidratante. Desayuno muy rico, variado y con personal atento de que el turista se sienta cómodo

Excelente estadía. El dia que llegue Catalina de la recepción me recomendó restaurantes y cosas que hacer en Natales. Especial agradecimiento para Bastian, quien también me ayudo a organizar una excursión a torres del paine, muy amable y eficiente. También Valeria muy atenta y amable en el desayuno

Ridiculous hotel. Noi Pantagonia does not respond to emails after numerous reminders just to confirm reservation and arrange tours/transfer. If they cannot give assurance to guests and at least respond to emails, they should not be called a hotel. Have cancelled the hotel reservation for stay.

I walked inside the Noi Indigo Patagonia to seat down in their lounge area in the restaurant. I was waiting for a friend to meet me downstairs. The large glass windows allowed me to enjoy the view of the Monumento al Viento and the skate boarding activity.
