Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

Lazy river, pool very clean, parking, beachfront were excellent. Felt secure and love it’s gated. The place we stayed was clean and very roomy. All the major appliances worked and everything was clean! Some suggestions: Rent out inflatable tubes for the lazy river. Let us know where the beach towels are available and that the wrist bands can be used to rent beach towels pre-heat the hot water. We had to contact front desk for help because for the first day we showered in cold water. The water heater was not turned on. We prepaid for breakfast but we weren’t given the pass for the buffet and didn’t know where it was at. Have some verbal or written instructions or signs.

This was a very beautiful resort very accommodating, The best experience I have had the view of the beach was perfect me and my family will definitely be back!!

Las palomas was very nice and our room was clean.

We had an awesome time , everything was great.

We booked not knowing it was 25+ and we asked for a refund and they straight up said no. Customer service was horrible and gave us no options

⚠️ ROCKY POINT TRAVEL WARNING: Avoid Condo Topaz B907 at Las Palomas Phase 1 ⚠️ Hey everyone, I wanted to share a major warning so no one else has their vacation ruined. We recently booked Condo Topaz B907 at Las Palomas Phase 1, and it was completely uninhabitable due to a horrific, overpowering odor inside the room. Even the resort housekeeper openly admitted to us that the room has a chronic, terrible smell and that the administration is fully aware of the issue. Yet, instead of fixing the problem or pulling the room from the rental pool, management continues to book it and charge premium rates to unsuspecting guests. We had to get ******* involved to rescue us and move us to another resort (Esmeralda) because Las Palomas refused to properly handle it. To make matters worse, Las Palomas management refused to refund our $212.00 resort fee, which we paid in cash. They fraudulently claimed that WE were the ones canceling the stay, completely ignoring the fact that we were forced to flee a defective room. They stole our cash fee for amenities we never used. Save yourself the headache, smell, and stress. Avoid this dishonest resort and specifically refuse unit Topaz B907! If you must stay at Las Palomas DEMAND a different unit if they try to assign you to Topaz B907!!

Eunice and her team were absolutely amazing. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more. Every detail was handled perfectly, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the day with our family and friends. From start to finish, the entire process was organized, professional, and stress-free. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work that went into making our wedding so special. If you're considering Eunice and her team, we cannot recommend them highly enough. I stayed at Las Palomas in March (Room F1004, March 14–17). After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left $2,000 USD (twenty $100 bills) inside the in room safe. The safe was locked with my personal code at the time of departure. On March 23, as soon as I discovered the mistake, I contacted the resort immediately. I was told by staff that the safe had been found “open and empty” by housekeeping. This explanation is very concerning, as in room safes typically require either the original personalized code or an authorized staff override code/master key to be opened. Since then, I have made multiple follow-up attempts requesting: • A formal investigation • Access logs and staff identification • Information on how the safe was opened Despite being told an investigation would be initiated, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is extremely concerning. This situation involves a significant amount of money and raises serious questions about security procedures and guest protection. I am currently pursuing this matter through formal channels. I strongly recommend that guests use extreme caution when relying on in-room safes at this property.
