I have booked my stay. They tried to cancel within 12 hours because of a family emergency. The manager Carmen would not allow me to change the day and would not return my calls and would not communicate with me. I’ve been staying there for the last 25 years with my family and my friends, but I will not stay any longer and I’ll make sure that I tell everybody the treatment that I received. You know it’s going to be a great stay when you are greeted by a happy staff member! The young lady, Curi (?) checked us in on Sunday April 21 and was very outgoing, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We hung out at the pool both days we were there with Francisco going above and beyond and taking extremely good care of us. Great guy! The room overlooked the pool and was nice and clean. We were provided a free breakfast on both mornings and while the choices were limited we enjoyed our meals and service. Valet is $15 a day if you want your car in a secured lot or free if you park offsite. We opted for valet and were extremely happy with the service offered. I have zero complaints about this hotel and will continue to stay here when I visit Rocky Point.

The room had a poor view to the ocean. 2 day the water was not hot in the morning.
They clean the room did not leave shampoo toilet paper or waters and no clean cup.
The food was not good and expensive

Está limpio, enfrente del mar y empleados amables , la comida muy buena y el ****** está agradable, la barra muy bonita no tenía gimnasio pero si me gustó el hotel, y lo más importante mire mucha personal de seguridad con radios eso es confortable, el precio es ok, yo si volvería

I’d think twice before staying here. The noise from across the way from Skullyz is so loud and unnerving. If you like LOUD heavy metal rock n roll then fine but it kept us up at night. The hotel is great and so is the restaurant but the obnoxious LOUD noise from across the street is a deal breaker for us.

Me cobraron 1200 pesos más cuando llegue , me dieron una habitación que no fue la que reservar, cobran 15 Dlls por si alguien te visita en recepción, la peor experiencia en hotel
