It was a very nice place! Lovely location, nice staff! Only thing is I asked for a quiet room and got the room right next to the reception, so unfortunately was able to hear everything starting in the early morning. Not sure if that was just my luck or slight mis-organisation. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The host is very nice, smiling all the time. The AC was little bit loud, and had some power cut problem. Otherwise everything was great.

Perfect, clean and great location. Refrigerator, plates, glasses and cutlery provided. Aircon works well, even has a storage closet at the back of the room.

Stayed with a friend for 2 nights. The location is moderately good - the central embankment is about 15 minutes on foot, no more. The nearest large supermarket is no more than 10 minutes away. There are low-rise buildings around. Our house itself is 3-storey, for 1-2 guests, I don’t know about the 3rd floor. New house. Freshly renovated. The room has tiles on the floor, air conditioner (windowed, but new and not particularly noisy), LCD TV, refrigerator!!, kitchen surface, sink, dishes, kettle. In the shower - everything is as it should be, a toilet and hot water. Another table/chair. There are a couple of benches in the yard to hang out if it's not hot. It is possible to buy cold beer/water. The bed is great. Lots of pillows. It’s quiet outside the window, there are roosters, but they didn’t crow at night. This is the fifth hotel on this trip to the Philippines in the same price category and it is the best so far. I recommend it, I'm ready to stay there again.
