Close to the airport, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious, and everything is easily accessible. 👍🏻

Great place! Nice breakfast. Friendly staff, with the exception of spa services. The woman in charge was rude, and on some kind of power trip. My fiancé and I went in for massages. She made us wait 45 minutes and there was absolutely no one else there except four masseuses on their phones. Then I asked if she could focus on my back, and she said no bc it was a “full body massage” she then spent the least amount of time possible on my back. I wouldn’t recommend the spa, and was surprised this woman was even employed there.

A lovely, light, friendly hotel, close enough to the airport that we walked! Staff seems to genuinely care about making sure guests have the best experience possible. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious. The poolside bar was a relaxing place to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Great stay overall!
Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The surroundings were very nice and relaxing, making it a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Would definitely recommend!

Extended our stay by one night. The service was quite good, and the facilities met 4-star standards. Our underground river day trip was canceled due to bad weather, so we spent most of the day at the hotel. In the evening, we went to see the fireflies. The hotel's large Daikin air conditioners, made in Thailand, were generally quite noisy, not as quiet as those made in China.

I had the best stay here. Staff members are so kind andaccommodating. Wifi is so reliable, perfect for those staying in PPS for a business trip. The breakfast buffet’s a chef’s kiss and there are a lot of options to keep you full for the morning. Room is clean. I was also able to use the gym and had a massage at the spa.
There’s a pharmacy and convenience store near the hotel (just a minute away). It’s 7 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfers for the guests.
It’s my third time staying here for business and I have never booked any other hotel in PPS ever since. 1000/10!

I enjoy my stay in this hotel, The staff is really friendly. The beds are really comfortable and clean. The pool and gym it is pretty decent for the price I paid . I recommend that hotel, without a doubt.
