The place is peaceful and nice getaway from stressful city but unfortunately there’s a roadwork that’s why it’s hard to get in and bit roughroad. The amenities they have need an upgrade specially the pool, not clean at all, lots of leaves and don’t have a pool staff to clean it. Nice and soft bed, with duvet and 4 pillows which i love the most, very comfy but need improvement

I highly appreciate how accommodating their staffs were. From front desk to restaurant and hotel staff, everyone was willing to assist. They have partners for transport and spa services. They were also not that strict, and allowed us to bring in food and drinks, or have outside food delivered, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
Rooms are clean. Comfy beds. AC was perfectly working. Spacious bathrooms, with water heater. These are the things that are really important for me, and they met my expectations. I will definitely consider staying with them again the next time we visit puerto prinsesa.

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was clean. We booked the underground river tour at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

staff were very rude & dismissive did not even give me the WiFi password or anything when I checked in. Everyone in there is very rude & creates issues even though they’re grown women. It’s like a high school with rumours about people etc. also very weird clientele like another said. Lots of old creepy French men & it’s owned by a French man who just has a stoke that lives in one of the rooms, he is always around the property which is pretty disturbing to see on a vacation. The manager is the rudest most bitter woman.

Professional staff. Small hotel which was very nice for my first island on the Philippines. They offer days out
Tricycles are very cheap to get everywhere.
Room nice and clean. Nice pool area.

Increíble stay! Nice hot shower, beautiful pool to relax and have a drink. Really friendly and professional staff. Accesible from the airport, only downside would be that it’s a bit far from downtown but perfect for a peaceful stay. 100% recommend to buy tiny bread called “Cheeseepandesal” from the neighboring lady baker (has a caddy with oven, serves it hot🤤)
