Not a good start at all.. reception was closed gate was locked.. had to phone security to come and let us in.. water in reception but wouldn't give us any for a drink luckily water in room.. reception only open 12 till 8 and closed all day Tuesday & Friday the girl in there was not very helpful.. The room was nice and clean but very minimal.. Good location short walk to the beach & centre.. The Friday we where coming home no reception.. got to be out of the room for 12 and not getting picked up till 20.15.. so the thinking leave cases in reception ring security to let us in and open up for the pick up.. so booked Chester's beach club for us all for the day.. phoned him 7 times on answer at all so had to leave cases around the pool cancelled Chester's and stop with the case's there was 7 of us.. Location, rooms, cleaner's great.... Reception, security not so good..

Arrived at 11:30pm nobody there to greet us and let us in so we waited in the streets for an hour for sometime to arrive, he couldn't sell us Airton on the night apparently so we all scorched, no service through the entire trip and nowhere to leave bags so we had to be out the room for 12 then sit round the pool with nothing to do for 8 hours. No service no entertainment no bar no anything in close proximity.

We went to this restaurant because the food is beautiful, we had cottage pie made from scratch with stir fry veg! If was out of this world! It was made from scratch and tasted very fresh! You can have chip with it if you want!

Booked at short notice I had no issues with this accommodation. Reception was very helpfull the room was very clean and the location was perfect for the beach. At night there was little noise. I would return.

Perfect accommodation in the best location. Very close to the beach and all other facilities in Peurto Rico. The big plus is it’s not a huge hill. The beds are super comfy, it is spotlessly clean and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
