This hotel is in a great location close to the shopping centre.It has 3 different blocks treezamar,sunsuites and Royal all fantastic rooms,2 pools which were clean and spacious the staff were super friendly and helpful.Also had aircon and a safe,laundry room,showers,minimarket,bakery and a bar.Would stay here again 1000%

This is our 3rd stay at The Terrazamar in the last 12 months and also stayed a few years ago in the sunsuites. This time went with family members who had never been before. We had 3 appointments for the 5 of us, all in the terrazamar, 2 on 6th floor and 1 on 4th floor. Prefer to be staying at this block as only one lift down to main gate to get to shops, bars, restaurants etc. the apartments are basic but clean, comfy beds, good shower, free safe, fantastic balcony which is what makes us want to stay here. But they are now a bit tired and in need of upgrading like their other properties in PR. Aircon which is free is a hit or a miss although our apartment was good the other 2 weren’t as cool. The umbrellas around the pool are a nightmare, half of them broken! The gate to get in/out with room key is terrible, one day it works next day you are shouting through the gate for someone to let you in….not much fun when it happens at 3am 🙈. The staff are all lovely and they are definitely an asset to the company from cleaners to reception. Would i stay here again….probably going to give it a miss for the rest of this year but have priced it for April 25 and unless the prices change will be looking elsewhere.

The room was ok, but had lots of minor issues. The electrics were dodgy - reported this and electrician told us to use the fuse box to operate the air con! The artificial grass on the balcony was torn and creased up. The airier was broken on one side. The bathroom door had a badly repaired hole in it where it looked like someone had punched it. The bathroom door was filthy and sticky. The bath towels often had holes in them. The doors clattered shut very loudly. The people next door in room 1512 insisted on karaoke (very badly) at all times of the day as well as swearing and being lurid. On the plus side, the kitchen and bathroom were kept clean (apart from the door). The fridge and freezer were a good size and worked very efficiently. The very large balcony was the best part (apart from the noisy neighbours). Beds were very comfortable. The shops and restaurants are very close by and it’s a 15 - 20min walk to the beach and harbour area, which is quite pleasant. These apartments have potential, but it seems any type of quality control is lacking . We expected that rooms would be inspected to maintain high standards before they are allocated to new guests, rather than having to spend our holiday going up and down to reception to complain.

Have stayed in the trezzamar now around 8 times . It just get better and better . The rooms were still as good . The maid was brilliant and so cheerful. The reception staff were all amazing and kind . I cannot fault the place .

En el día de ayer día 14 de abril me vengo al hotel con mi pareja y niños…me encuentro con dos sillas rotas y una tele que no sirve y me la tienen que cambiar…eso a las 12 …vuelvo a bajar a recepción y me van en una hora…dejo el balcón cerrado y me lo dejan abierto sin haber cambiado las sillas …voy recepción y me lo cambia todo a las 5 de la tarde depures de haber ido 3 veces …en el si de hoy voy y hablar con el director y su actitud deja muhco que de desear y me comenta que para que vengo al hotel si siempre tengo problemas..le respondo que porque le gusta a mi hijo y vengo desde 2010..y me dice que e también tuve problemas en Fuerteventura …y mi pregunta es …la privacidad de datos? …y todo porque fui 5 días y me limpiaron al 4 día …un día antes de irme…con esto digo que un hotel como este no se merece un director así…y como me dijo el …para que vengo…intentaré no venir más …pero lamentablemente deja muhco que desear este señor…y la privacidad de datos no existe

A really soul-less hotel! Pool bar was poorly stocked & closed in the middle of happy hour! We were woken at 16.40 by the lifeguard to say the pool & sunloungers were closing at 5pm, it was still sunny! Room was ok but very dated! Nightmare with room keys to get back into the hotel & back into our hotel room

We have had a lovely week here and would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the rooms are very clean and roomy. It’s close to the shops and bars but you can not hear it from the hotel. The pools are very clean and the children’s pools are ideal. We will definitely be back!!

We have been here several times how ever this time the room they gave us was filthy dirty all the doors were sticky will other people’s hands the shower was terrible no flow and all the groat was green they have had the same horrible looking blue towels for years I can honestly say the only thing that was clean was our beds £1000 each for 14 days I would expect something a lot better than this
