Fantastic holiday again. Our 9th visit. All staff brilliant, food great. Jamie was awesome as normal. Bingo most nights and good entertainment. I am disabled and have breathing issue, can cope on the flat but have trouble with steps, and slopes, Hotel accommodated us near to lift. We got taxi,s (very cheap) down to beach etc because hotel is high up. But wow the views are brilliant. Accomodation was great and very clean. We look forward to returning in 2025. Thank you all for a great holiday 😊 😃 😀 xx

Me, my 3 children and my mum stayed here and had an absolutely lovely time. I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if my mum's room could be as close to ours as possible and they managed to put her right next door to us! The food was lovely and had something for all of us, breakfast was especially nice and we don't usually go for breakfast everyday on holiday but we made sure to as it was so nice. All the staff were exceptional, from the cleaners to the reception and restaurant staff. Special shout out to Jamie the entertainer who is nothing short of a legend! And Joseba (Bobby!) in the restaurant who was hilarious and lovely to us all week. Already looking to return! Thanks Altamadores!

We have been to this hotel 8 times now and WONT BE BACK Again this hotel has really gone hill it's the 1st time we have ever found cockroaches living in curtains when we used spray under sink we got told we should never have used it the smell was so bad made are breathing really bad it took 3 times of going down to reception to get them to change the curtains even tho I said it 1st time in Spanish when they did change it they took are curtains down and changed them with next door even tho it was occupied the food has got really bad every day the food was cold I don't go on holiday to heat food in microwave even when they did BBQ everything burnt and lastly I felt like I was on a different holiday to my mum as I smoke and my mum doesn't and they go have introduced a smoking section and you can't smoke anywhere else my mum couldn't sit with me as chairs where to low for her to sit on and there was no shade so u got burnt so most of time we sat outside are room thisis not good if you have kids who want to be in pool as smoking area is round back of hotel and the staff have changed all the old staff where very pleasant as always the new staff couldn't be bothered even when we had a problem the said no speak English

Returned after 8 years. What an amazing time we had. Stayed in a junior suite, fantastic view. Room cleaned daily by Isobel. Food has got more variety since last visit. Always soup and salad bar. Fish and meat choices. Drinks self serve bar. Has a slush machine. Snacks morning and afternoon. Federico, Diego and Joseb restaurant staff worked really hard. Entertainment is ran by Jamie G from dance acts to singers nightly. Andriana has a beauty salon. Poolside fashion show by Sarah. Out of hotel turn right up to top you can watch the sunset over Tenerife. €5 to Europa centre with good bars and restaurants. Would i return. ......absolutely

There is no getting away from the fact that the whole of Puerto Rico and Amadores is very hilly and this hotel is on top of one of the highest ones. That said I am 72 and my wife is not far behind. We both have heart problems and arthritis but managed and enjoyed walking down to the beach. It is is steep decline but we managed it in 20 minutes. A further 20 minutes walking takes you to Puerto Rico or Playa Tauro. Taxis are cheap and plentiful - four euros from the beach to the hotel. The local bus service is very good too. Being so high up you are rewarded with lovely views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is very good for the money. We loved the place with one but. There is live music from 9.30pm which goes on until 11 pm at the latest. I know not everyone is a miserable git like me but it is all very loud and you will have no peace on your balcony. After 11pm those guest leaving the live music make their way to their rooms. This is a noisy period too so don't expect to go to sleep before midnight. If you have noisy neighbours it can be tough. It is difficult to blame the hotel for this but sound insulation is poor and I think they could be more proactive in noise management. It is common is Spain. Would I go again? Possibly but would ask for a different room - one further away from the bar. To conclude. This is a lovely hotel and all the staff are cheerful and very helpful.

Pudimos disfrutar de unos días en familia maravillosos. Hotel tranquilo, cómodo, ideal para ir con niños, ya que pueden disfrutar de las instalaciones con total seguridad, lo que te permite pasar tiempo de calidad con la familia. Hamacas totalmente nuevas en la zona de piscinas, muy cómodas, me y con disponibilidad de toallas gratuitas. Habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas, sin ruidos, por lo que se puede descansar plenamente. El baño es comodísimo y enorme!! Buffet variado, temático y de calidad. El sábado, en la cena, nos sorprendieron con una barbacoa exquisita. Pero si hay algo que destacar, es sin duda el equipo humano de este hotel, desde recepción, hasta los camareros de comedor. Excelente atención y amabilidad durante nuestra estancia. Apreciamos enormemente su profesionalidad y esfuerzo para que nuestra experiencia y, sobre todo, la de nuestros hijos fuese tan agradable, tan agradable que no querían march**** de allí!! Gracias a Carlos, Federico, Fermín, Cathy...y al resto del equipo, han sido unos días estupendos!!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos completamente cuidadas por el personal, especialmente por Cathy, cuya atención fue excepcional. La comida fue deliciosa, el personal de sala, un lujo, la limpieza impecable y el servicio de recepción fue genial. No podemos dejar de mencionar el excelente trabajo del personal de mantenimiento, súper eficientes. Aprovechamos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana. Nos reservaron y decoraron una mesa y le sirvieron el postre decorado, un detallazo de cocina y sala 🫶🏻 Sin duda, este hotel se ha convertido en nuestro destino favorito, ¡volveremos pronto!
