IG Nachosol Atlantic & Yaizasol by Servatur - Adults Only

Really enjoyed our stay at the Nachosol Atlantic. We stayed on a B&B basis and had a room on the 3rd floor with a view over the pool to the beach. Rooms were lovely & modern with plenty of space & storage. Great little kitchenette area with kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, plates etc. Very spacious balcony with nice furniture & a clothes drying rack. Bathroom was modern too with double basin area and large walk-in shower. I’m unsure what some peoples issues are with threadbare towels? We found the towels to be a standard hotel towel and definitely weren’t threadbare. Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of fresh fruit, cheese, meats, cereals, pastries, doughnuts, toast & preseves, churros were also available at breakfast twice a week. In addition you can also order hot food from the breakfast menu..omelettes, sausages, any type of egg (fried eggs were cooked beautifully) bacon, beans, hash browns, mushrooms. Some mornings it took a little longer to grab a waiters attention to place a hot food order but it didn’t bother us, we weren’t waiting long and you’re on holiday, no need to be rushing! All communal areas were spotless, the pool & sun terrace were nice & peaceful…we particularly liked the sun terrace to chill in the sun. Never had any issues getting a lounger. Both pool & terrace areas had a hot tub, which was lovely to chill in. There are a lot of steps up (or follow the road) to the hotel which didn’t bother us but obviously could be an issue for some, however, there appeared to be plenty of taxis available to take you into the centre. Special mention to the happy hour which was twice daily…great vfm cocktails. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, modern hotel, nice staff & a lovely peaceful chilled out vibe, perfect!

I spent 10 nights at this hotel, and here's my experience: Positive points: the friendliness of the staff and the solarium| pool. Negative points: - the restaurant la princesse: the food is extremely bad, a disgrace to serve such dishes to half-board guests. The dishes and desserts are not homemade, tasteless and even very bad. Some of our other customers also told us that the food wasn't very good. - I was in room 217: a lot of noise very early in the morning, the cleaning ladies have no respect for the guests, they were very loud and they don't care about waking up the hotel guests. I reported the problem to reception several times and nothing changed. So if you want peace and quiet on your vacation, you'll have to avoid this hotel. - Breakfast: correct, but nothing more, the wait for eggs and bacon is often very long.

I stayed for 12 nights in room 206 on the first floor. My room was immaculate really fresh and spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely and powerful. The small kitchen area was extremely new and all shiny everything was welI thought out and cutlery and plates all like new. The bed linen was good quality and room made up very efficiently each day. I was directly above the restaurant but the noise was never an issue and in the evenings it was really quiet. The hotels location was excellent away from the noisy centre but close enough to walk. Also a good location for exploring surround as bus station and water ferries close by.. The swimming pool and rooftop sun area are also immaculate with the lifeguard ensuring everything is just so. The reception staff are very helpful and always smile and do everything they can to assist. The hotels pictures are a true reflection of the property as are mine below! I travelled with jet2 holidays and as a solo traveller the holiday represented good value for money. I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely return.

Hotel is populated by lower class noisy, drunken tattood British tourists. Rooms are ok although plastified sheets in the beds. Breakfast is ok, dinner food is of low quality. To reach the beach you have to descent/climb a huge stairs. Not suitable for older people.

Staying here now, in the yaizasol part of complex it is spotless, staff helpful and friendly. Very quiet, lovely area on roof to sunbathe and read with amazing views over Puerto Rico. Just booked again to come in August. If you are looking for a relaxing break I would recommend.

Nice and clean hotel, looks pretty much like the pictures. Located about 15 minutes walk from the beach, if you are okay with taking the stairs. Saw a lot of people using taxis too. There are also buses not to far away. Nice room (standard for two persons). Balcony with afternoon sun. Breakfast was fine but not as much as in the pictures. Nice staff.

Spent the past week at the IG Nachosol Atlantic apartments and had a fantastic week. Hotel is fantastic - all staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Lifeguards do a fab job of keeping the pool area very clean and tidy - their attention to detail is amazing! Reception staff are all so lovely as are cleaners. Pool area is lovely - chilled music playing and no children! Perfect! We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. We didn’t use the rooftop terrace either to sunbathe but views from up there are incredible, especially at night! The apartments are about a 15min walk to either beach or commercial centre - where all bars and restaurants are. We did the walk to and from about 2/3 x per day - there are either a lot of steps or a hill on an incline to chose from! But you can get taxis if you’re not very mobile for only €4/5. Hotel is modern and very clean and we loved our week here. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed - including small but perfect little kitchenette with kettle, microwave, dishcloth, washing up liquid, pots and pains & plates / cutlery for 2, fridge & tea towel. Really spacious balcony & bathroom with 2 sinks, big shower and hairdryer. Cleaners come in 5 x per week and change your sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again!
