Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Hyggelige folk som jobbet på hele hotellet.
Men hotellet er fryktelig slitt. Tror ikke det er gjort noen verdens ting av renovasjon der på de siste 30 år.
Mye fyllerør og nattebråk på hotellet også.
Kan funke for en som reiser alene. Men, ville aldri hatt med familien min hit.

Booked with on the beech. The room is OK but the balcony is so small. Tried to change room but hotel said not possible. Can not get a sunbed as yet round the pool as they are all taken. Unfortunately we are booked here for March. We will try and change the hotel of we can ever get through to on the beech.

Really run down ,probably OK to stay couples just to get their head down , no reception, badly inneed of an revamp of the complex , really disappointed , staff who are from a different hotel very nice and couldn't do enough for us.

I didn't like it because there was a lot of noise, people having parties at 2 in the morning and the reception staff didn't pay attention, we had to call 4 times for them to come and get their attention. We were without hot water for 1 day, there were mouse droppings all over the kitchen furniture and many cockroaches. The only good thing was the treatment of the cleaning staff, otherwise everything was very bad. They charge you €150 for the deposit when the apartment was a mess.

Al llegar me pedían una fianza de 150€, la cual no aboné, dado que al realizar la reserva debes indicar los datos de la tarjeta bancaria y cabe destacar que en las condiciones de la reserva tampoco informaban sobre entregar una fianza.
En el comprobante de la reserva, así como también lo indica la pagina web, la salida es a las 12:00, nos hicieron abandonar las instalaciones a las 10:00. En varias ocasiones intenté contactar con el alojamiento por teléfono y no fue posible, también les envíe correos electrónicos y nunca recibí respuesta. El personal de la recepción no es agradable con el trato al cliente.

We had an overall decent stay I like to be fair so here are the good points first. Great Pool, at first glance the pool looks a little run down, but I can honestly say it's cleaned every day and is perfect for swimming for all ages. The environment, it is peaceful during early mornings and has the best views ever. There were a lot of families there mainly Spanish who were lovely to be fair. Few negatives. No air con, it was sweltering as it was a hot August and the heat in the apartments was hot at night, we did ask for fans more than once and told they don't provide any, I would recommend installing ceiling fans at least. Lift issues, it is based on a hill which is fine as most of Puerto Rico is on a cliff but the main lift was out of order for quite a few days which was not fun in the heat. You do get a few large roaches mostly dead so they are controlling the situation we unfortunately had one in our apartment which scared my wife and daughter as it was alive and massive, I delt with the issue as you can imagine just be aware they do live on the island and can be a shock. Checking in process. You need to check in at Riosol hotel which is not far but there should be a huge sign to tell you this, I only know because I read reviews before I got there. Last note is that the Riosol staff are great and very helpful.

Los apartamentos son muy privados. Los edredones en las camas son muy cómodos, más que las sábanas y mantas antes. Hay un secador de pelo. Las vistas son espectaculares. Hay muchos actividades en El Río Sol al lado. Recomiendo mucho el buffet Canario los miércoles: comidas tradicionales muy ricas. Monte Paraíso está muy cerca del supermercado. Nuestra limpiadora Paqui es muy simpática, habla inglés, pero también me ayudó hablar español. Cuidó muy bien nuestro apartamento. Un recomendación: reparar las luces entre Monteparaiso y Riosol, y la luz entre 1403 y 1404. Instalar una luz en la cocina.

Flott resepsjon og bassengområde osv. men liten og gammel leilighet. Veldig enkelt. Langt å gå til rommet etter innsjekking og masse trapper. Tungt å løfte koffertene opp og ned.
Hotellet ligger for øvrig helt øverst oppe i fjellene, tar cirka 17 minutter å gå ned til sentrum. Anbefaler leiebil.
Ellers nydelig utsikt! Fin buffet. Rommet vårt var koblet til en nyere hotell avdeling, det trakk opp hele opplevelsen.

The apartment really has a luxurious location, for what it costs it's fine, they could update the furniture and at least put some fans in the room and adjust the cost of the room according to the positive changes, it saves that there is a front a Hiperdino express, otherwise they could not charge a lot, I recommend it but I also recommend investing money to improve the facilities, the pool is good but it needs to be updated.
Another important thing is that they should lower the price for the parking spaces per day to make it more accessible and if they put a cafeteria where the reception is to offer some sandwiches and coffee and of course some beers, it generates interesting additional money.
The bathroom is impeccable and very nice, it looks like they made those changes recently, I do recommend it, and I would go again.
