Everything about the hotel Mousai exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight for us
with a wonderful social a**osphere.
All staff were exceptionally well trained and provided top notch service. We requested a small repair of a bathroom scale, which was completed within five minutes. The room was exceptional with a large infinity hot tub on the deck. . The food was excellent and garden tour was impressive. We would definitely stay here again, with perhaps a few days in Zona Romantica, as it would be fun to be close to some activities. The location was a bit remote but perfect for a staycation

And I mean it… we almost feel like we set the bar too high for our first wedding anniversary haha My husband and I got married in Puerto Vallarta a year ago and decided to go back for our anniversary. We were on the fence about staying at a resort or Airbnbs since we both love exploring the city and didn’t want to be tied down to a resort. We decided to start our trip with an Airbnb in Zona Romántica, head to Hotel Mousai for a couple of nights, and end with an Airbnb on the Malecon. We ended up extending our stay and booking an extra night at Hotel Mousai because we loved it so much! We stayed in the north tower and from the moment we got there we knew it would be a wonderful experience. It is gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly and helpful… I wish I could give them each an individual shoutout! The views from the pool were to die for. The gym was also really nice and had a beautiful view. The food was delicious. When we arrived, Orlando (the bellboy) greeted us with enthusiasm, took care of our bags, and showed us to our gorgeous room. Throughout our stay Orlando was always there to help, personable, and fun to chat with. Paulina, the concierge, was super sweet and helpful. She walked us through a map of the property, gave us suggestions for activities, and helped us with extending our stay. The Roof Top team at the pool Angel, Victor, Antonio, Alan, Vianey, and Rigoberto were very friendly & attentive. They kept the drinks and delicious pool side snacks coming! Joel, our waiter at Noi (the Italian restaurant in South tower) was lovely. He was patient with us practicing our Spanish with him and gave us some awesome suggestions. Really, everyone was amazing and we already miss them.

CUCO WAS AN AMAZING WAITER AT NOI! EXCELLENT SERVICE! HE MADES US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AT ALL TIMES! CANT WAIT TO SEE HIM NEXT MAY 2025. NOI RESTAURANT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND THE DESSERT WERE AMAZING. CUCO WAS THE BEST!

Absolutely amazing. Best service and experience we have ever had. Stayed in the ultra corners suite in the North Tower and it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Food and service were amazing at all the restaurants and bars on site. Trip into town was a $10 cab ride and all of 15 minutes. We will for sure be back!

Upon arrival from our arrival we were welcomed as if we just got to our new home! We had a pleasant tour of the room and everything was explained so thoroughly! When we had questions for anything regarding the hotel they were so kindly answered, no wonder this resort is the only five diamond resort in Puerto Vallarta! The meals were so incredibly decadent as was everything in between! We simply cannot explain how everything was as it would be too much amazing information to lay on one review, but what I can say, is that you absolutely get everything you pay for and then some! With the best staff, and comfort we've ever experienced we cannot wait to bring some additional family next year! Best resort ever! Thank you for the amazing memories Hotel Mousai!!
