I can’t say enough good things about this place .. It was really modern , some really lovely paintings in the hallways (always a good sign of a special place to stay) my room had windows , in bathroom and bedroom overlooking sun area. It’s always a nice surprise to find extras ,unexpected facilities.. fridge freezer, coffee maker , iron and mini board .. lights galore, extremely comfy bed. Fan and air conditioning! Only one thing I was a bit saddened about, shower took about 10 mins to run hot , such a terrible waste of water. Really friendly helpful staff.. thank you ., hope I get privilege to stay again☺️

Would not allow us to cancel for a refund over Easter, during the ongoing cartel instability. US State Department has advised against travel to PV, but this property insists everything is back to normal, as a way to keep every penny of your reservation fees. In light of the extraordinary events that led up to the situation they should have been concerned with the safety of their guests but didn’t care. Beware.

The location is very central and easy for walking. The food options at hotel are minimal and pricy for what you get. Lots of other options near by so no need to eat there. Very very noisy at night but that is to be expected in downtown PV and they do provide ear plugs. Pool/lounge area lovely. Staff lovely. Good air/con. Didn’t get balcony.

Can get a little noisy but a worthwhile payoff for an incredible location, exceptional staff and great rooms. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I visit.

The room was great. I stayed in the loft suite that has a bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. I have stayed in this suite before and I would highly recommend it. This hotel is right on the Malecon and they have closed the road to traffic so you literally can start walking without any issues with cars. This hotel is a short walk to the beach and they have recently added a rooftop pool. I would stay here again.

Staff overall were pleasant and helpful except one front desk person. There was noise coming from the street by 8-9am each morning other than Sunday due to road work. The bathroom window opens into the main hallway which is very echoey and this made it noisy by 9am when staff were starting to clean rooms and use their walkie talkies. There was a 12 cup coffee pot in our room but only a small pack of coffee for the usual hotel 2 cup size pots. Once we used that one up it wasn't replenished. There was no tea available. The water dispenser in the common area was frequently empty. There was no microwave in the room. The pool closed by 6pm each evening which stopped you from having a bit of a relax after a hot day of touring. It is small and only good for standing in - no swimming possible. No guests allowed after 6pm so had to take our picnic (which we were going to eat at the poolside tables) and our cousins to sit in the public park to eat. The water took forever to get hot and the shower handle was very difficult to figure out as well. Don't prepay for your breakfasts as it's not worth it and food is mediocre at best. Can't bring your beach towels to the beach (we did anyway). Built-in mirror light didn't work, told front desk about it and the person was sarcastic about how to get it to work (never did get it to work). The key card die about a week into our visit and we had to use a regular key. Weren't very active/proactive in letting guests know what was to happen with food during the 2 day lock-down due to the cartel attack. Not disability friendly, anyone with mobility issues should not stay here.
