First time to Golden Hill, all the employees are really from the house... The parking lot is indeed far, but it has been handled by all the hotel employees. So when checking in, the car is parked by the hotel employees. Likewise when checking out, the car is on standby in front 😍

The Batu area is located close to many attractions. The staff was very responsive. The breakfast was also comparable to other 5-star hotels. It was great except for the thin windows that were a bit lacking in soundproofing.

Almost everything is perfect except breakfast which needs to be improved.. fried rice is too dry & chicken is hard.. dessert is varied & delicious

The hotel is not large but the details feel very good. There are quite a lot of variations on the breakfast menu with delicious taste. Rooms are clean and quite quiet. The rooftop restaurant is also ok... the view is beautiful and the service is friendly.

The hotel is good. The internet is fast. There is valet parking. Parking is in the building next door, there is only free valet and the service is okay. The food on the 8th floor is delicious. Especially the spaghetti.
