The hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating.
The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive.
Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment.
ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception.
If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

Il nostro soggiorno per una conferenza è stato molto positivo. Non solo l'ambiente spettacolare, ma anche l'assoluta professionalità e organizzazione eccellente del personale, ha contribuito al successo della conferenza. Un grazie particolare, per tutto l'aiuto datoci per organizzare questo evento internazionale. I partecipanti sono rimasti entusiasti.

Splendida location a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, circondata dalla natura incontaminata del Sud Sardegna e con un mare cristallino. Camere spaziose e raffinate, ottimo cibo e personale super friendly e professionale. Assolutamente consigliabile, alla prossima volta PS: Piscina Top

Difficile lasciare una recensione, se dove si è stati merita i complimenti più grandi, perché si teme di dimenticare sempre qualcosa. Però, nonostante sia solita non scrivere recensioni, stavolta farò un’eccezione, perché andare all’Hotel Flamingo con un numeroso gruppo di persone, per un evento di non semplice organizzazione e gestione, è stato reso semplice e perfetto grazie al lavoro del Responsabile Congressi, il sig. Ubaldo Aresu, e a tutto lo staff dell’Hotel Flamingo. Che dire? Eccellenza in tutto! La struttura è meravilgiosa, curata nei minimi dettagli. Inoltre, si distingue il personale per la massima attenzione su tutto e l’estrema cortesia e disponibilità. Ambienti e camera bellissime, spaziose e pulitissime. Colazione con ampia scelta tra salato e dolce. Il ristorante è top ed è superbamente gestito dal sig. Pietro, signore di rara umanità. Anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, l’hotel dispone di due piscine, campo da tennis, area giochi, c’è l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia privata, diverse sale per meeting e sale ristorante. In tesi, un hotel in cui è piacevole soggiornare, sia per una vacanza che per lavoro. Grazie di tutto! Con l’augurio di ritornare presto da voi!

Pessoal da recepção excelente .( principalmente. A Ingrid pessoal excelente no atendimento ). Pessoal da cozinha do café, 1 delas não gostei ( sempre mal humorada). Quarto : a maioria dos dias super limpinho , um dia não esteve parece que foi superficial , penúltimo dia de estadia apareceu 3 baratas minha irmã surtou ( pq tem medo ) , pernilongo demais. Sugestão para melhorias : Hora do café da manhã, poderiam colocar umas redes tampa mosquito , pois os mosquito fazem a festa nos alimentos principalmente em pudim , bolo ,etc. Teve um dia que a mosca até parecia estar morta no pudim , eu falei com a moça da cantina simplesmente ela estava de cara fechada foi lá e retirou a mosca , mas deixou o pudim lá, imagino que os próximos clientes comeram o pudim cheio de varejeira . Demais foi bom.

Normally our goto resort for a relaxing break! This year found we went a little too early so not everything up and running to full capacity and sadly, the one treat we looked forward to, the spa, was closed! We were also caught out with a weather event so the first few days were not too warm snd sunny! Previous visits, three in all, were fine and we were well looked after! Some staff remembered us snd helped make our stay memorable. Food is good and plentiful and the resort does not feel overcrowded!

Breakfast:
There should be more to choose from - different breads, different cheeses (we had only 1 type). Fruit salat should content various fresh fruits.
The different juices were very nice, also the cappuccino!

Das Hotelkomplex ist direkt am Meer gelegen und besteht aus mehreren Einheiten. Der Hauptteil des Hotels verfügt über ein großes Schwimmbecken, eine Rezeption und mehrere Restaurants. Ein Bereich des Hotels besteht aus kleineren Häusern, von denen einige zwei Zimmer-Suiten bieten. Ein weiterer Bereich des Hotels verfügt über ein Restaurant und ein Bereich mit kleineren Häusern und einem Restaurant.
Der Strand vor der Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig. Direkt vor der Anlage befindet sich der Hoteleigene Strand mit so genannten Sesseln, die praktisch Liegen unter einer schattigen Pergola sind, sowie so genannten Sonnenliegen mit eingebautem Sonnenkopfschutz unter Sonnenschirmen. Letztere kosten 15 Euro pro Tag bzw. 80 Euro pro Woche in der ersten Reihe und 60 Euro in der zweiten Reihe.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine immer gleiche Auswahl, aber mit Obst, Tomaten und Müsli neben Rühreiern, Speck, Käse usw. ist es ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Das Mittagessen bietet neben Pizza auch typische Pastagerichte mit Meeresfrüchten. Das Abendessen beginnt für uns zu spät, aber die anderen Gäste haben sich nicht beschwert.
Ein Mietwagen macht Sinn, da es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht viel gibt.

Penso che non vale quello che si paga.
Ho scelto questa struttura per la possibilità di utilizzare il centro benessere, che dalle foto sembra bellissimo, ma una volta dentro, una delusione totale, posto cupo e decadente, inoltre la vasca idromassaggio rotta da cinque giorni, quindi inutilizzabile.
Ristorante Le Lanterne pochissima scelta e prezzi ben oltre la media.
Ristorante Wild Duck in mezza pensione buono, ma porzioni un po' misere.
Di positivo c'è sicuramente la piscina e l'enorme spazio solarium che può accogliere tante persone, inoltre bellissima la struttura immersa nel verde.
Personale spesso non troppo cortese, salvo quello del ricevimento e qualcuno al bar.
