La mia terza volta ospite in questa struttura, location favolosa, e su questo non c'è dubbio. Ho attesa qualche giorno prima di scrivere questa recensione perché volevo ben capire la situazione spiacevole riferita al trattamento ricevuto. Avevo prenotato con booking in febbraio, poi come da richiesta della struttura dalla volta precedente, ho chiamato perché avevano promesso un trattamento migliore, la loro offerta è stata migliore di booking ma scorretta, mi ero raccomandata riguardo alla camera, desideravo una ibiscus superior dove ero già stata, e mi era stata garantita. Quando sono arrivata ho avuto una superior che era di prezzo inferiore, dopo varie discussioni, hanno dichiarato che la mia camera era una ibiscus e che le camere erano tutte uguali, il problema è stato che io avevo già alloggiato in quel hotel e sapevo benissimo che non era la verità, ringrazio il titolare per le due chiamate, non mi è stato riconosciuto alcuno sconto per l'errore, che loro dicono non esserci stato, mi sono fidata ma ho sbagliato avrei dovuto lasciare la prenotazione di booking come le due volte precedenti. Avete fatto una brutta figura e la promessa di un buon trattamento futuro non è accettabile per me.

bellissimo hotel pulito elegante posizione fantastica personale gentilissimo colazione a buffet, camere spaziose e pulite tutto perfetto. dall’ hotel si accede direttamente alla spiaggia delle bombarde, ombrellone e lettini inclusi e teli mare consiglio senz’ altro

Siamo ormai clienti abituali di questa splendida struttura e ci torniamo ogni anno con gioia : il giardino verde e rigoglioso , le due piscine ( di cui una fronte mare ) , ma sopratutto la calma e la pace che regnano sovrane ne fanno una struttura raffinata . Vi è massima attenzione alla pulizia e all'ordine , Il cibo è ottimo , dalla colazione a bordo piscina , alla cena gourmet ed il personale si dimostra sempre professionale e attento . La giuda esperta del Direttore Palomba di certo non passa inosservata ! Si trascorrono così ore di pace , dimenticando l'orologio e i doveri , nel silenzio , sospesi tra il blu del mare sardo e il verde del rigoglioso parco ! Andateci subito !

The service here is the best, bar none. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. We went as a family, but there were few others there, which meant it was relaxing for all the guests Make sure you know the timings for lunch and dinner (important when you have a child) and it is advantageous to have a car- though the front desk will arrange transport if you need. My son was ill for part of the trip, and the staff were understanding, supportive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Cannot fault the team- Grazie Mille a tutti- especially to Alberta, Paolo and the team! Molto tranquillo

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche im „costa dei fiori“ und sind total begeistert! Diese Hotel bietet die ideale Erholung und lässt einen den Alltag vergessen. Alle Zimmer befinden sich in kleinen Häusern, die über die Gartenanlage verteilt sind. Jedes der Zimmer hat einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse von welchem aus man den herrlichen Garten und seine Düfte genießen kann! In der Gartenanlage gibt es zwei sehr gut gepflegte Pools! Der große Pool bei dem Restaurant und der Bar und der Infinitiy Pool am kleinen Strand! Von diesem hat man ein spektakuläre Perspektive auf das Meer! Der Strand ist klein bietet aber alles was man braucht! Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen und den herrlichen Blick aufs Meer! Kinder können am Strand Sandburgen bauen und sind glücklich! Was wir besonders positiv bewerten ist, dass es kein Frühstücksbüffet gibt. Alles wird auf Bestellung gebracht, nachordern geht immer. Alle Teller werden leer, also wirklich ohne Speisereste, abgeräumt! So werden keine Lebensmittel unnötig verschwendet, so wie es bei Buffets oft der Fall ist! Der Service ist immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets zur Stelle! Wir werden wieder kommen! Das steht fest :)

We have been here for 4 days now and apart from the always quite cold coffee, whether it is a latte, cappuccino or espresso, there was nothing to complain about. The staff are friendly and really try hard. We don't understand why breakfast is offered à la carte and not as a buffet. But we don't understand why the staff at breakfast are getting more irritable every day. Today was the peak. After 20 minutes at the table, we were actually able to place our order. At some point shortly before 10, breakfast time ends at 10, the cappuccino and latte arrived, without spoons, but as always only lukewarm. Then our order came but the butter and rolls were missing. Then, when we asked, the jam came too. Guests at all the neighboring tables were similarly annoyed. And all of this just because a bus with a fairly large tour group arrived yesterday. 🤔 shouldn't really be a problem, right? What happens in the high season? And why are the staff so irritated? We probably won't recommend it to anyone, even though we are otherwise very satisfied.
