The hotel was decent, clean and covered all the bases. The owner/manager however really likes to talk. A 5 minute check in took 25 minutes, and I was introduced to topics from Armageddon to the eclipse causing the end of the world. Security is a paramount concern and they will take a picture of you so they can confirm you are you on cameras. Just... weird.

I was on a business trip to Pulaski and stayed in this hotel for the whole duration (3+ weeks). My stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and very welcoming. Anything I needed the staff were always there and went the extra mile for me on numerous occasions. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and you could get a fresh breakfast made for you every morning. I have been to many hotels with my job and I can honestly say this is a good one. The outdoor sitting area was my favourite part, the view from the hotel was lovely. Especially with a cold beer. The location is very good too with local restaurants and amenities close by. The staff recommended local restaurants to visit and they certainly didn't disappoint. If I ever go back to Pulaski I'll be staying in this hotel again.

The staff were amazing! They were all very friendly and extremely nice. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us. It was an older hotel but the staff made it worth staying there. They do everything for breakfast themselves and make sure it is every thing you need. We will stay there again next time we go see our Son and his family.

We had a hard time finding a hotel when passing through the area on our way on a spring break trip. The Giles Hotel Inn & Suites provided us with a clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room and made our stay enjoyable. The fitness center was spectacular. Sandy helped at check in and was wonderful, she even gave us some popcorn to enjoy. Breakfast was served to us and was fresh. The location on the hill was beautiful and close to restaurants and stores. Great place to stop if you’re looking for a clean, friendly hotel.

It was clean, and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was made fresh for you. Bathroom fixtures were remodeled. Nice fitness center Pool was not open and not swimable. It maybe wasn't open for the season. Overall great place to stay. Owners and staff friendly.

Great hotel! Wonderful staff! There was a mixup with our reservations and they handled it promptly and gave us an upgraded room. The room was a lovely spacious room with a view of the town and countryside. Their made to order breakfast was delicious.
