Amazing stay at an amazing resort! Everything exceeded my expectations - rooms are spacious, clean and outdoor shower is a nice bonus! It takes like 20 steps to get to the beach - and it is one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen! And it is all private feeling as there is not any other accommodation on this beach. It is simply a paradise and you have everything at your finger tips, literally - beach, snorkelling/diving, meals etc. I stayed there for 5 nights and I am so happy I made this choice!

Lovely 4 night stay. We came to dive, and they organised three dives per day, plus they'll do night dives on the house reef on request. Well run dive centre, met some doing OW and AOW and instructors looked excellent. Dive boat never too crowded, unlike other (bigger) resort's dive boats we passed which were totally rammed and it must have been awful trying to get in and out! Ryan our dive leader was great and we saw two new-for-us sharks (bamboo and cat reef) ... always a bonus. Food fine (buffet, plenty of it), drinks prices incl. canned Tiger beer are fair. Rooms clean. Plenty of hammocks and loungers. Good snorkelling in the bay. Turtle conservation volunteers are wonderfully enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

we (me and my daughter) have visited the Bubbles in August. It is a small and simple Resort. Not a five star but 5 star service and surrounding. You can reach the Resort only by boat and there is only jungle around the hotel. The communication is easy with them and they are so helpful for arranging the transport to the Bubbles. I noticed it by myself as we arrived late due to traffic jam but the boats man was waiting 1,5 h for us. Normally outsides guests are not coming but in case they come to the beach, they will not get any food or drinks from the hotel. The beach is marvellous and right at the beach you can see fishes. They have some SUP, sand toys for kids, life jackets if you want, drinking water,… everything is free The diving Center is professional as well. The food is simple but really good and lunch / dinner is served as a buffet. This resort is one out of my personal Top 3 which I have visited during the last 20 years in SEA.

Wonderful tropical experience. Our kids got their Padi OW here (referral) and we enjoyed diving, snorkling and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff really made our holiday extraordinary and the complimentary meals topped it off.

Well the beach is perfect almost wonderful, snorkeling here is great and for divers it looks like a great place - turtles at night is also a great experience but that s all for the positive side But all the other topics are horrible : rooms are not clean, bed cheets are not changed from one client to the next one, food is ok but mainly served cold, mouse in restaurant, in 5 days there we were not able to have a long chair on the beach as there are so few and in very bad conditions, ashtrays in the smoking area are left full during 5 days, no fruit at the breakfast, no possibility to arrange a dedicated transfer for 5 at a reasonable price, diving slot cancelled and so on …. It definitely does not deserve such a high ranking : service is poor - there are so many people here supposed to serve you but they just hang around using the same facilities as tourists with none intention to help or serve you … it is just that you pay a lot to be in their place and you have to adapt and above all do not ask for anything ….

Bubbles is certainly not your typical commercial luxury resort; but returning back here for the second time, it definitely feels like home, the owners and staffs there are sure to welcome you with so much warmth and friendliness. They have a great passion in diving and nature. Being there is really like living with nature, but the staffs are sure to keep the rooms and areas clean so you don't feel uncomfortable. I was there for my dive course, and if you're planning for a place to start your diving adventure, this is definitely a place to be. The instructors there are really understanding of individuals with different learning methods and they do really prioritise the safety of the people. Like me, if you're not too familiar with the underwater world yet keen on taking up diving, you'll be in good hands and you'll easily be attracted in the underwater world there. The dive sites are well maintained. While they have many sites to adventure, their house reef is definitely beginner friendly. Coming back here one and half years later, the place was amazingly beautiful and kept clean. You'll never be kept hungry here. Upon returning from dives, you'll be greeted with fruits and cake to feed your hunger. Recently, the owners have started preparing their meals with Thermomix, and I have to say, that machine does wonders - you won't even miss home-cooked food. You get to look forward to every meal with a surprise and the meals have not failed me. Every day was a different menu. It was good satisfying meals, not to mention, healthy meals! I've always felt healthier being there. The owners and staffs are really friendly and helpful too. If you have any doubts, or in need of help or service, they are ready to help within their means. They're really approachable so you won't even hesitate to.

Owner managed and operated. That means, the owners (husband and wife) are there to monitor everything from the dive centre, to the rooms, restaurant, etc. We needed to submit a negative covid test report before being to board the boat to the island. This is exemplary. This is the ONLY RESORT on this part of the island. Thus kids can run around all by themselves. There are no outsiders here. Bubbles provide free paddle boards, canoe and children floaties. Life jackets are free and one is able to rent snorkeling gear for RM10. The corals on the left and right side of the jetty are ok in my opinion. Though many have died due a storm 2 years back, it is still an experience for many. Food wise is Omakase (meaning whatever they cook, you eat!!!)...hahahah. NOt enough to eat? Ask for a free top up. There were European and Asian families there. No one has any issues with it at all. Water is free, so as ice. One can buy drinks, ice cream, italian coffee and 'drinks' from the counter. Conservation is the key and priority to their existence. They run a turtle conservation project and if you have young kids, this is brilliant for them. They can join in the activities organized by the team from hunting for turtle eggs at night, to sieving for plastics at the beach during the day. The chemicals they use to clean the place, the way they talk about trash... all point to them LIVING what they say. The rooms, food and decor are all basic but the experience is nothing but that. Kudos to the owners and the staff there. They run the place with love, attention and focus. I had been to P Perhentian over the last 20 years and stayed at many places. This place for me is TOPS. This is how a resort in a protected reserve should be managed.

A ‘bubble’ of relaxation and fun! Last week my family and I went to Bubbles Dive Resort and I will never forget my time there. Firstly I would like to say how amazing the food was. Every meal was a delicious delight and I hope the food is always like this; the beef bourguignon was my favourite! The beach was small but it felt so private, like being in our own little ‘bubble.’ The beach is so beautiful, the water, as clear as crystal and the marine life, exotic and colourful. In all my time there I was never bored. There were lots of kayaks and paddle boards to play on. And, of course, you can swim, snorkel and dive! One of my biggest highlights was the people at Bubbles. Everyone was so friendly and I would like to say a special thank you to my diving instructor Grace. She was so patient with me and I had such a fun time diving with her. If you are expecting something fancy this is not your place, but if you want peace, fun and relaxation in a beautiful environment, come to Bubbles.
