If you have enough budget, you can directly get a sea view room. The room with mountain view has a smell when you open the balcony. When you ask the staff for help, you can get a good solution. The design of the bathroom shower head is problematic. When you turn on the faucet to take a shower, the shower head is lifted by the water pressure and the water rushes to the wall. You have to stand against the wall to get the water when taking a shower. I don't know if other rooms have the same problem. The water in the minibar is free, and the staff will refill it after you drink it.

The room was very clean.
The staff were also wonderful.
Everyone was kind and polite.
They handled irregular requests promptly.
The service at the restaurant was good, and the food I ordered was delicious.
There is a beautiful ocean right in front of you. You can see fish just by walking on the beach.
There is no place to shop, so it's best to bring anything you need with you.

The hotel is apparently modern, but there are some renovations to do. It would be important to take more care of cleanliness in the common areas (for example the elevator) and try to eliminate the bad sewage smell that is created outside in the evening (it is not noticeable in the room). The structure is located on the busiest beach on the island and there is the possibility of spending the evening in the various clubs present. Overall it is a fairly expensive hotel (in April 2024 we paid 170 euros per night for two with breakfast included): they have European prices with services that do not equal the cost. Overall we had a good time :)

The +: the hotel in general, spacious and modern rooms. A free mini bar and renewed every day.
The location also, there are many restaurants/supermarkets on the beach, including the Panorama and Daneila restaurants.
The -: the breakfast buffet, I have rarely seen such a sp**** buffet. WHAT A DESAPPOIN**ENT ! We paid 500€ for 3 nights and expected more than dinner leftovers for breakfast. The sewer pipes just below the swimming pool have rather unpleasant odors at all times of the day.

The hotel has staff at the pier to arrange boats to the island. The location of the hotel is very good, the room is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is good. Ordered dinner at the hotel and it was all delicious. Good service.

If you want to stay at Perhentian Kecil Island, this is the best place. Even though the price a bit high but you'll get what you pay la unless you want to save cost, you can book budget one..but then don't complain la on what you've choose.. I'm traveling with 4 kids + 1 baby, so took this Mimpi Perhentian because it's just beside the jetty so no need rushing lar when you check out and chasing your boat.. Then got pool also, your kids confirm said not enough mandi laut.. Then can terjun kolam..
Just few things maybe can improve by Mimpi, on the breakfast need to add more variety of menus.. Rooms also a bit berpasir (sand)..
Definitely will come back..
