The hotel is old. Room smells musty, with limited amenities. No wifi available and phone reception is not great. The tap water is treated sea water, so it's salty and you thus can't make hot drinking water with the kettle. There is no water dispenser, so you'll have to buy bottled water. All 3 meals are included, however the food is only mediocre. It takes almost 2 hours by ferry from Kuala Terengganu. You get the first lunch upon arriving. After that you can opt to go for the first snorkeling session. Masks and life jackets has to be rented and they cost RM15 each.

訂的三天兩夜套餐，很充實，上島開始就不用自己規劃行程，吃的沒有説很好，都是自助餐，想要好的位置拍照需要預約好餐桌，房間設施需要完善，花灑頭很高，廁所馬桶不出水，被套是沒有包邊的，就直接套一張毯子，封不住，會跑出來，可能因為是海島，過濾條件也有限，水都是鹹的，套餐含出海浮潛，教練都很好，害怕也會帶着，總體還是不錯的。

酒店內部環境一般般，不過衞生還不錯，就是毛巾什麼的建議自帶吧，吃的也不錯。島上特別漂亮，服務態度特別好，海也特別漂亮，娛樂設施很多，總之 很值！！！

It was as good as a Government facility, not a resort/ star hotel in terms of guests care.
Absolutely no flexibility even for an additional room card. Every silly thing is charged extra even thought the resort itself is priced very high.
E.g. They offer snorkeling trip, but no snorkeling equipment.
Boat pick-up timing is restricted only until noon and hence arrival/ departure afternoon is not possible.

in 2024, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby.
The hotel is completely localized for three-day package tours of the Chinese. It is not worth booking a hotel with breakfast, since the contents of breakfast for a European will be very specific. The beach is quite clean, the water is clear, the sunrises erase all the negativity above from memory

這個度假村簡直刷新了我對度假村的認知，不能用差來形容，刷底線啊。床品，浴巾，毛巾比去西藏路上的公路旅店還臟，黑乎乎的，毛巾上有不明顏色的斑點，還一股味道。全包的自助餐，沒啥菜能夠下嚥。設施極其老化，就是海灘環境還行。早晨打掃房間，毛巾浴巾不換，礦泉水不放，面巾紙不放，壞拖鞋收了也不換新的，簡直是愧對度假村三個字啊。千萬別被忽悠了，這是一次噩夢般的海島行。
