It was as good as a Government facility, not a resort/ star hotel in terms of guests care.
Absolutely no flexibility even for an additional room card. Every silly thing is charged extra even thought the resort itself is priced very high.
E.g. They offer snorkeling trip, but no snorkeling equipment.
Boat pick-up timing is restricted only until noon and hence arrival/ departure afternoon is not possible.

The hotel is completely localized for three-day package tours of the Chinese. It is not worth booking a hotel with breakfast, since the contents of breakfast for a European will be very specific. The beach is quite clean, the water is clear, the sunrises erase all the negativity above from memory

This resort has completely refreshed my perception of resorts. It cannot be described as bad, it is really a bottom line. The bedding, bath towels, and towels are dirtier than the roadhouses on the way to Tibet. They are black, with spots of unknown colors on the towels, and there is a smell. The all-inclusive buffet has nothing to eat. The facilities are extremely old, but the beach environment is okay. In the morning, the room is cleaned, the towels and bath towels are not changed, the mineral water is not put in, the facial tissue is not put in, and the broken slippers are collected but not replaced with new ones. It is really unworthy of the word resort. Don't be fooled, this is a nightmare island trip.

The environment is okay. The lady at the front desk checked in and didn't say anything unnecessary😅. We had to take the boat in the morning, but we missed one snorkeling trip on the 11:30 boat trip😇

The air conditioner is not cool, and I had to change rooms all night.
