Small rooms and extremely poor noise insulation. Staff need training

This is a review of the restaurant only. The outdoor space is lovely and thoughtfully arranged. The food was absolutely impeccable, worthy of Michelin * consideration. The chef/kitchen staff deserves a wait staff worthy of their meticulous, beautiful and delicious work. While the wait staff was incredibly attentive upon arrival and during the first half of the meal, they simply disappeared after that. We were left with dirty dishes on our table for 20-30 minutes. The food preparation was so spot-on that that minor glitch did not detract from on overall wonderful meal. We will return and hope that the leadership in the dining room rises to the level of work in the kitchen. The kitchen's attention to detail matched the Michelin *** meal we had a week later.

Loved our experience at this hotel. Our first Como property and we are intrigued. The rooms, common areas and restaurant were exceedingly comfortable and beautiful. The restaurant was delicious. The warm and helpful staff shone even above the beautiful property. Would recommend to anyone.

We had lunch here outside on the terrace and the vibe is just great. Food also so I can highly recommend this place. From what I could see in the hotel this also looks fantastic.

The property is nice, room was decent but not luxurious for the price. Breakfast was enjoyable. The front desk and concierge were not helpful and did not make us feel welcome. They took my husband’s welcome glass of champagne when he went to get our bags from the car. No warning that the restaurant books up well in advance and concierge was not helpful in finding reservations off site, we had to eat “snacks” at the bar. The bar staff was pleasant and friendly. After this visit, we realized there are other places with better value.

We stayed here 3 nights, never heard of this group of Hotels. The Hotel, the location, grounds, all excellent. The staff are excellent, dinner was superb every evening, breakfast adequate and what we had was good. Probably the quietest most effective in room air con ever ! Very relaxing mini break. Puligny Montrachet is a lovely picture postcard little place.
