Tahiti la Ora Beach Resort - Managed by Sofitel

Deplorable no refund since the COVID cancellation of April 17, 2019. At first I thought I could postpone this trip but COVID caught up with us again the following year then there were the vaccination obligations, and now the prices of cruises and airlines which have doubled or even tripled (but not my salary) in short I was never able to reschedule this trip No more response to emails. It’s shameful for an establishment of this standing.

在Windstar巡航之前两天我們就抵達了帕皮提，因為那是Windstar巡航選中的地方。我們早上五點半到達了塔西提島，然後飛去艾美大溪地。 令人高興的事我們很快就登記了入住手續（我發現的確有其他人等待入住酒店等很久的）。這裏很乾凈，而且是在水上的，且有兩家很棒的餐廳。服務員熱情好助。這裡有提供價格合理的往返穿梭巴士，不過時間是有限制的。如果我想再去一次，我會選擇巡航時提前入住博拉博拉島或者莫雷阿島而不是塔西提島。但依舊推薦塔西提島，的確是個好地方。

Le Méridien did not disappoint! We stayed at the Le Méridien last March and wanted to come back to see if anything had changed, the hotel was still very good. The landscape is perfect, the beach is beautiful, and you can do simple snorkeling outside the resort. The restaurant and bar has very comfortable seating and great food and wine. You can also see the beautiful sunset of Moorea here. Highly recommend this hotel, you can relax and have fun here.

建議這樣：從塔希提航空公司購買到塔希提或塔希提&新西蘭的機票。建議在8-9月促銷打折的時候買票。你可以在塔希提停留。如果包含3晚的酒店費用，建議選擇艾美酒店。單機票的費用就抵得上房間的費用，就跟免費的一樣！酒店很豪華，就在海灘上，有一個很大的沙池。酒店設有巨大的露天大堂、酒吧及餐廳。房間時尚且現代化，設有空調。（在塔希提不要認為這是理所當然的。四月份的天氣又熱又潮）。熱帶的景觀漂亮極了。周五晚上的波利尼西亞表演價格很貴，但是你可以在夾層上邊吃邊觀看錶演，這樣要便宜許多。你需要租一輛車，因為這家酒店距離機場有10公里遠。建議一定要乘渡船（40分鐘）到莫雷阿島，在那裡玩上幾天。

艾美酒店沒有讓人失望！我們去年3月住過艾美酒店，想再來看看有沒有什麼改變，酒店還是非常棒。景觀完美，海灘很美，可以在度假村外做簡單的浮潛。餐廳和酒吧有非常舒適的座位和很棒的食物和酒。在這還可以看到莫雷阿島美麗的日落。非常推薦這個酒店，在這裏你可以很放鬆愉快。

We arrived in Papeete two days before the Windstar cruise because that's where the Windstar cruise was chosen. We arrived in Tahiti at 5:30 in the morning and flew to Le Meridien Tahiti. Happily we were checked in very quickly (I found out that there were indeed other people waiting to check into the hotel for a long time). It's clean, it's on the water, and it has two great restaurants. The waiters are enthusiastic and helpful. There is a round-trip shuttle bus at a reasonable price, but the time is limited. If I wanted to do it again, I'd choose to check in Bora Bora or Moorea early on the cruise instead of Tahiti. But I still recommend Tahiti, it is indeed a good place.

The Paul Gauguin cruise ship included a one-day stay at this hotel in our cruise package, and since our return flight passed through Tahiti Nui airport at 11:45pm, we could only board at noon. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, we took full advantage of the facilities throughout the day and then spent most of our time sitting by the sea looking at Moorea.

Suggest this: buy a ticket to Tahiti or Tahiti & New Zealand from Air Tahiti. It is recommended to buy tickets during promotional discounts from August to September. You can stop in Tahiti. If you include 3 nights of hotel expenses, it is recommended to choose Le Méridien. The cost of a single air ticket is worth the cost of the room, just like free! The hotel is luxurious, right on the beach with a big sand pool. The hotel has a huge open-air lobby, bar and restaurant. The rooms are stylish and modern with air conditioning. (Don't take this for granted in Tahiti. It's hot and humid in April). The tropical landscape is beautiful. The Friday night Polynesian show is expensive, but you can eat and watch the show on the mezzanine for a lot less. You need to rent a car as the hotel is 10km away from the airport. It is recommended to take a ferry (40 minutes) to Moorea Island and spend a few days there.
