We stayed in a 1 bedroom tui cabin for 2 nights. It was nicely decorated, well equipped kitchenette, good bed and shower pressure. No ocean view, but it's in a quiet little cul-de-sac with the other cabins, a 1 min walk to see the water. There's a rock wall so you can't go directly to the water but you can walk down just 4-5 min and access the beach. Walking distance to the pub for drinks and food and walking distance to both the pancake rocks (which I would recommend walking to, the carpark was full when we walked past), and the start of the Paparoa/river walk. This was a very nice cottage to stay in and we would definitely recommend!
