The room type I received was different from what I booked; I booked one double bed but received two single beds. When I asked the staff, they said they were the same. The TV in the room was broken, the sink faucet leaked, and the hairdryer had a malfunction. Overall, a very bad experience.

The cab arrangement was not good.
Due to poor management, the cab driver picked me up with 2 hours delay. In addition, due to that the the time became traffic jam time. I disappointed it.
Except the cab management, other are good.

The staff seems to be very confused.
I booked and paid through trip.com.
And when i got there, the staff keeps asking “how i would like to pay, and i keep answering “it’s already paid” and show the booking with documents. They did this for 3 times as i recall.
And also asking questions which already appear on my passport such as where is the immigration stamp, where is the visa.
And somehow i feel that these lady staff needs to improve on her manners example of saying “please ” when asked something from someone especially in this service sectors, happy face or smile is matters.
However, this is what you get from budget hotel.

Good location. Near Pheonix mall.
Feel less safe on the elevator, no card required to go up.
Breakfast choices are limited.

The stay was fine, you can taste great food at the ground floor restaurant and just a stone throw from the nearest Phoenix mall and airport. Room rate is reasonable but Aircon is too cold at times.
