Quite disappointing service....luggage delivery to room has to be followed up. Taking luggage down has to be followed up. Staff seems to not care at all. Bags are left unattended. Shifted out ...

We had a great time here. It’s a nice place and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Every single staff member was exceptional especially Joseph who truly cares and tries to make each guest feel cared about. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay and good location close to MG camp. Staff is very friendly helpful and professional.
We enjoy eating in their restaurant Luri and Akshay take good care of my husband who is on a walker.
My only complaint is I booked

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time).
Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option!
The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

The room is not maintained & really old, the towels were dirty, hair dryer stopped working in between, tissue box in the bathroom was torn & dirty.. Absolute waste of money.. It's more like a 2 star hotel & the tariff paid for the room was absurd. Will never stay or recommend anybody to stay here, not worth it.

Lemon Tree a Really Reputed Brand of Hotels was able to Host Us . The Ambiance , the Location of the Hotel was Really Lovely but I wouldn't say it was with my experience with the Service and Food , the Pasta we order was Raw and Stale , the Manchurian wasn't even good too much spice and too Garlicky. The Room was Decent , Bed was Comfy , Bathroom was Clean and well-maintained. I would give the stay based on my experience a 2.5/5 , it was Average , I expected the Service and especially the food to be more than what I Got .
