Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all .

Great choice if you need to stay in this side of the city. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful.

I would like to Thank Chef Awatar for wonderful hospitality he specially cooked some dishes for me that was awesome it was a memorable experience with him while chatting with him about foods and taste of people's from city to city differ. I like the service from housekeeping department by Dnyneshwar he did a good service from his side.We enjoyed the hotel stay and will recommend this hotel to my friends. So this is nothing to do with the Hotels whole set up! But this needs to be bought down,this diwali we got a sweet box from our company which was provided by Hyatt Regency, and trust me what poor quality of sweets! Dodha burfi is an example of the Delhi's one of the finest, you guys have made a JOKe , Doda burfi was stale and probably the guy didn't know how to make it either. Also the other sweet felt like peanut mixed inside instead of kaju. Such a waste of an experience. Don't cheat the clients in the name of your brand . Very poor experience
