房間很乾凈，服務也是特別好，周邊還有很多小吃，過來這邊出差首選這裏，停車也方面，主要附近還有萬泰滙，走路幾百米就到了，很贊👍

酒店很方便找，已經是第二次入住了，相較於第一次區別不大，衹是衞生間的水龍頭鬆了，當時也懶得換房間，希望店家可以改進，有機會再來

先不説房間的價格如何，隔音如何，就算是春節，也要把衞生搞好吧？床上一股尿酸味，這讓人怎麼睡覺？陽台不掛窗簾，房間裏的一舉一動全部可以被對面看見，上個廁所都要穿一次衣服。空間小得可憐，兩個人走動都要互相讓路。將近300塊的房價，真是住過最差的酒店。

首先酒店原來是隱藏在小巷內，而且由大堂乘搭升降機上房間，要爬上九級樓梯，對使用大型行李箱的客人非常不便。
初次來這間酒店，入住時只給我一張房卡，開門後家人想休息，而我想下去購物，但使用其他卡也不能代替房卡操控電源開關，其他酒店會有代替品或第二張房卡，這間真奇怪，去前台查詢，他又有另一張空白的房卡給我，為什麼不在開始時提供呢？
第二天早上出外直至晚餐後才回酒店，上到房間居然不能開門，便到前台查詢，他才說要每天來更新，這是什麼事？？為什麼昨天不講？等候時，也有其他客人有同樣問題發生，很明顯他們都不知道要每天這樣做。
再上到房間，順利開門，問題又來了，居然完全沒有打掃？？再去前台查詢，已經有其他客人遇到同樣事情投訴，這個問題究竟是酒店？還是客人？
答案原來是之前有客人投訴，他們打掃前沒有通知，所以他們要收到客人通知，才去打掃。但，為什麼我以前住的酒店是不需要打掃才通知酒店，是這裡的特色嗎？又是那個疑問，為什麼入住時不通知客人？？
最後，房間內比較狹窄，房門差點撞到睡床，但房價很便宜，大家比較後才選擇。

大堂去升降機要行9級樓梯，對長者不便利。
連續住多天，但每天都要到前台更新房卡，亦不便利。
最不便利是要每天主動到前台通知清潔房間，第一次住酒店遇到這樣做法。
最不滿意是我第一次來住，入住時完全沒有提到要每天更新房卡及不會自動每天清潔打掃，非常不便，第二天晚上回酒店，上了房間開不到，跑去前台，再上房間，開了門發現完全未打掃，又再跑去前台，還辯稱忘記通知，非常失敗。
但服務員真的非常友善，很快解決問題。
請改善流程。
