早餐食物選擇非常少, 但豆漿好好飲。服務員態度非常好, 設施方面: 如大堂, 等電梯的大堂及四周可增加多些滅蚊機就非常好。

過去了比較冷清，可能住的人不多，所以房間黴味很重，温泉衹開放半天，不提前説明，周邊和度假村裡麪沒有什麼配套，服務也不行，別人要的東西送錯房間，一直按門鈴，入住連飲用水也不換新的，半桶不知道是什麼時候被用過的水，早餐種類屈指可數，玉米連皮帶須一起切斷煮的，山葯也沒蒸熟，收費不便宜，配套完全跟不上，沒住過那麼差的酒店，本來不愛評價但差的必須吐槽一下。不要來！！！

盤龍灣花園A1—905—1098房間門窗沙窗壞了，請及時維修，浴室的花灑支架鬆動，固定不了，使用起來不太方便，其他都還好。

入住溫泉獨棟湯苑,設施依舊布點老化，但衛生可接受，環境很優美，觀察渡假村有新發展露營車、溫泉池、燒烤場，期望明年再去。
