This is my first time ever leaving a negative hotel review, but this stay was honestly very disappointing. On the same floor as the hotel (third floor), there is an adult entertainment venue. At first, my family and I thought it was a wellness or massage center and even considered going in, but the staff there directly told us it was a place “for men only.” This was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially for families. It also felt very unsafe and poorly managed—people were smoking inside the elevator, which is completely unacceptable. The room itself was not clean. There were spider webs, stains inside the drinking cups, an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the floor did not feel properly cleaned. To make things worse, at around 5 a.m., there were people loudly talking and laughing in the corridor, along with repeated door slamming. I had to call the front desk twice before they finally sent someone to handle it, but by then my sleep had already been completely disrupted. Overall, this was a very, very poor hotel experience. The only advantage is the location, as it is conveniently located opposite Puning Garment City.

Very close to Puning Plaza, so walking to the mall is no problem at all. The interior environment is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The parking lot is a bit small but just about adequate. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the Teochew New Year atmosphere was strong. A really wonderful experience.

The room was really good, especially for the price – I think it was excellent value. The bed was super soft too. After check-out, the staff even followed up and asked if there were any areas for improvement. I truly appreciate that kind of genuine and sincere attitude. I came to Chaoshan with my friends and wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked for help to arrange a clean and larger room. Not bad, recommended 👍I stayed here for four or five days when I came back from an exam with my kids at home. The environment is nice. There is a rest area in the lobby downstairs with bookshelves and many books. The kids were reviewing, and I also read for a few days. Hahaha.
