Hotel Lago Titicaca needs some serious renovations to claim they are a 5 star hotel. Service at the front desk was not too friendly and the restaurant seemed to follow behind which might require looking at the entire team. They have a property that is capable of being truly remarkable but ownership and management just don’t know how to make that happen. Very sad.

las instalaciones del hotel fueron extraordinarias, la pasamos en familia por el onomástico de un ser querido, aprovechamos el momento y nos quedamos por tres días dos noches, el personal del hotel muy profesional y siempre atentos a cualquier inquietud o consulta que teníamos, es agradable ver el amanecer y el atardecer en este hermoso hotel con vista a la ciudad y al lago una experiencia que jamás vamos a olvidar, ya que venimos de un lugar muy lejano con la certeza de que regresaremos al mismo lugar donde nos hemos sentido como en casa y en familia. Recomendación única para los que quieran visitar este lugar.

Un lugar excepcional donde la pasamos de maravilla, tan solo al ingresar al hotel se ve una vista hermosa de la ciudad y el lago Titicaca, nos quedamos fascinados cuando nos recibieron. Desde la recepción ya empezamos a sentirnos como en casa el personal muy profesional y acogedor y todas las áreas del hotel bien limpias. La pasamos de maravilla. Recomiendo este hotel para las personas quieran visitar Puno.

Fue muy hermosa la estadía y lo repetiría una y mil veces mi familia yo quedamos encantados, la vista fue espectacular y sobretodo la atención en recepción desde que te reciben es como si fuésemos parte de la familia, así también la comida, hospitalidad, limpieza, la atención . 10/10 Muy recomendable!!!

The best hotel service , all the staff were very helpful and friendly , the room was very comfortable and always very clean, definitely I would recommend to go with family , friends , business or when you work …the location was one of my favourite parts and the breakfast
