Very good hotel and living experience, super beautiful environment, thoughtful service, very close to the pier, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is also convenient to go to the city.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Sonesta Posadas Del Inca and would happily recommend it to anyone travelling to Lake Titicaca. Absolutely lovely location by the lake, with stunning views and a wonderful restaurant. Making our stay even more special were the wonderful restaurant staff, and in particular Flor, who was our waitress. Flor made our experience so much more memorable as her beautiful, friendly personality added to the lovely dining experience, and being able to have a lovely quick chat to her to find out about her life in Puno really was a delight. She should be commended for her wonderful customer service.

Unbeatable location with spectacular views of the lake. Their staff couldn't be nicer, they helped us with everything we needed, they even upgraded our room. The food is delicious. The rooms were clean although a bit old.

Excellent hotel, the best alternative to stay**** in Puno. It has its own dock and exit to Lake Titicaca and the service is fabulous. They have the most delicious food in their restaurant and the breakfasts are the best. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are really basic with no frills industrial style walls. The fridge does not work. The TV is difficult to figure out you have to select the HDMI 1 and several other buttons on the remote to get access to a limited number of channels. The view on the lake is calming and comforting. The restaurant is located a ten minutes drive from the city of Puno so you will need a taxi drive to go there. Only 10 to 12 Soles. The water front is one of the best feature of the hotel, with a nice deck view. The water was not clean and had several plastic bottles. The hotel staff should do a better job maintaining the site on a splendid view of the Lake. The restaurant is also basic but solid food. Love their chicken panned dish. But it is normally only for children.

We stayed one night in this hotel on the edge of Lake Titicaca. The advantages: a very large bedroom and bathroom (with bathtub), a superb view of the lake, a very quiet location, far from the city center. A small downside on the restaurant, which is quite dated, and the quality of the breakfast buffet, below other hotels we have experienced in Peru. When we arrived, the room was cold and the air conditioning was poor, which was resolved within minutes. The staff is generally pleasant and attentive. We used room service for dinner: excellent dishes and very very generous! The safe works with a key that you have to ask for, and not lose where it would cost you dollars :)
