Hotel overlooks Lake Titicaca...and city of Puno. Beautiful view from our hotelroom. Staff very accomadating , friendly and deliver exceptional service. Fabulous restaurant, with an incredible view, massive fireplace that created a lovely ambiance for our dinners with an excellent menu both for dinner and breakfast buffet. A shoutout to our server "Juan" who was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely attentive. Its located away from center and you will need a taxi to reach Plaza de Armas. We were there to visit Uros and the floating islands &Taquile Island.

Un hotel con excelente relación calidad - precio. Por encima de todo destacan unas vistas del lago Titicaca espectaculares. Buenas instalaciones, excelente desayuno y, sobre todo, un personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El restaurante también está muy bien

Dice 4 estrellas, pero mi habitación 418 no tiene agua caliente, apenitas tibia, la calefacción central no funciona, nos trajeron 2 estufas, no tiene piscina ni gimnasio. No me parece más que 3 estrellas, que es lo que deberían haber cobrado por el servicio prestado. La carta del restaurant es buena pero alto precio. buen desayuno. Acceso directo al muelle sobre el lago.

El hotel y la atención de todo el personal es fantástico. Pedimos un cambio de habitación por tener cama de matrimonio en lugar de dos camas y lo realizaron sin ningún problema y muy rápido. Tiene muy buenas vistas al lago. Cenamos dos noches en el restaurante y la comida genial, la atención de Sariah en todo momento fue fabulosa.
