The first impression to this hotel was everything was “lukewarm”. When I first arrived the room has a weird smell, shower space was small, shower water was lukewarm but turned out that they ran on heater tank (meaning the hot water can deplete by room mates), the breakfast variety was little and all exposed. All these was changed on my 2nd night when the staff Maria Cruz helped. I was in distress with a lost luggage that I need to contact the airline. I went to the counter to ask how to make local calls and she helped me to contact the airline company with her phone. It was the greatest things to help over such stressful situation. She was patience and showed her empathy during the entire ordeal. I was really thankful.

Muy bien situado al lado de la calle principal y la plaza de armas. Habitaciones amplias con una cama enorme súper cómoda, y varias almohadas para elegir la que más guste. Baño amplio. Buen desayuno. Personal amable y eficiente. Hotel que repetiría.

Great Hotel in Puno, perfect Location. Very clean, heater in room, hot water, great big comfy bed.

Great hotel with amazing front desk staff. Close to restaurants and the main plaza. Rooms were clean and modern. Snacks were available at the front desk. Check in was easy. Staff spoke excellent English. Highly recommend. I felt safe as a solo traveler

The staff is soooo nice. Very convinient. The room was perfect. Close to everything ! Would highly recommand. They kept our luggage the day of the check out. We decided to chose Tierra Viva in Cusco cause of our great experience in Puno. Thank you so much.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral damit kann man alles in weniger Gehminuten erreichen.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstücksbüffet.
Können wir weiter empfehlen.
