La habitación es cómoda, amplia, buena vista. El personal es muy agradable y siempre atentos a solucionar nuestros requerimientos. Es muy central y se consigue transporte para cualquier parte. El último día salíamos muy temprano y nos empacaron el desayuno para el camino. La atención fue espectacular.

Un lugar céntrico y de buena atención,que permite disfrutar unos días en Puno y sus alrededores, como el Lago Titicaca, las Chullpas y demás. El hotel cuenta con un personal muy atento y profesional y si tiene suerte puede contar con una habitación de balcón a la Plaza de Armas.

Habitación con balcón, no muy grande pero muy cómoda, con calefacción. Desayuno buffet, personal muy amable. Muy buena ubicación, edificio bien conservado con ascensor. Aunque el wifi fallaba, tiene una excelente relación calidad precio.
