Hotel confortável, boas opções no menu para jantar, quartos bem limpos e espaçosos. Porém muitos problemas com a equipe que faz o atendimento: aconteceu de um copo cair e quebrar no banheiro, e limparam mal e porcamente (com risco de cortar o pé ao andar no banheiro); ao pedir para encher uma garrafa de água para sair para o passeio, enchem pela metade (pão duragem); e por fim tive que fazer checkout muito cedo, daí fizeram uma sacola de café da manhã muito ruim (água, maçã não lavada, biscoito e sanduíche seco). E minha filha de 6 anos que queria comer uns pedaços de melancia e uma fatia de pão com manteiga, acabamos sem a sacola de café da manhã “ah se vocês já estão tomando café, a sacola será cancelada”.

Very expansive menu with a lot of options. Cenayda was our server. She was extremely nice and professional. She had great menu recommendations for my friend who is vegetarian. Nice quiet atmosphere too! Nice option in hotel if you didn’t feel like going out.

Estuve con un grupo grande de amigos y todos les ponemos un 100% a la amabilidad de su personal, desde que nos recibieron hasta el último día en el Hotel Xima, mi habitación estuvo muy limpia y en mi segundo día Gina me dejo un detalle muy bonito, en la cena pedí un plato a base de alpaca todo muy sabroso, en el bar tome un Pisco Sour ayy bendito una delicia de bebida, un 100 para Luis Fernando. Me fui con muchas ganas de volver

Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, alles ist sehr sauber, es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort zum Ausruhen, das Essen beim Abendessen ist sehr gut, es gibt eine Bar, in der Luis Fernando meinen Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat, er spricht perfekt Englisch. Am nächsten Tag war beim Frühstück alles sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, immer mit einem Lächeln.

Excelente custo benefício do hotel XIMA Puno. Equipe atenciosa, limpeza eficiente , restaurante ótimo. Café da manhã excelente é servido ás 6:00 da manhã. Estacionamento no local e de frente para lago faz a hospedagem ser maravilhosa. Visitar Puno e se hospedar no XIMA vale muito a pena.

Great hotel with clean, new and modern furnishings. Large rooms, everything worked. Good breakfasts. Very friendly staff who smiled and tried to actually address your concerns and solve issues. Would highly recommend this property.

Servicio de excelencia,Lucia quien hizo posible que nuestra estadía sea realmente maravillosa desde nuestra llegada, los tours y la atención de cálida ( Instalaciones, exquisitos platos y bebidas, limpieza todo TOP) por parte de su personal en especial Karlita. Ténganlo por seguro que regresaremos.

El personal que nos atendió fue muy atento. En especial la señora Lucia que resolvió un cambio de maleta de uno de nosotros que se envió a otro hotel de una forma rápida y eficiente. En el turno de cena siempre nos ubicaron cerca de la calefacción lo cual es de agradecer. Muchas gracias

Equipe não mede esforços em proporcionar uma estadia aconchegante e com muito carinho e conforto. Quarto amplo e muito confortável, chuveiro agradável! Fui muito bem atendida. Obrigada à Gina, Yakeline e equipe do restaurante que atenderam a um pedido fora do horário, com um delicioso chocolate e uma sopinha de aquecer o frio de Puno. Recomendo.
