Pésimo, el internet no funcionaba, los enchufes tampoco, la verdad es que pésimo trato, no vale la pena en lo absoluto, cuando pedí que mejoren todos los problemas no lo hicieron y encima me cobraron un adicional por no ser española.

Hotel pulito, posizionato in pieno centro della città, vicino alla piazza principale, nella hall, puoi servirti di té, tisane ed anche di foglie di coca che aiutano a combattere il mal d’altitudine. Il personale è molto cordiale, le camere sono un po’ datate ma spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, anche il bagno è ampio con la doccia posizionata nella vasca da bagno, è presente anche la cassaforte in camera. La colazione a buffet è ottima per gli standard peruviani. Ottimo il rapporto qualità- prezzo. Consiglio questo hotel agli italiani che visitano Puno e il lago Titicaca.

At first I find the attention terrible, we arrived at the room and we did not have control of the TV, I called the reception and they told me they were in the drawers, I told them no and they told me they would send it. They never did and I found the controller lying on the floor behind the fridge. Then, no plug can be used, the plugs do not fit, we arrived at night freezing and we wanted to turn on the heating and we couldn't plug in. I called reception and the answer was: IN THEORY THE PLUG DOES WORK, terrible response, I asked them to send someone and they came and couldn't do it either, they had to bring adapters. Lastly, terrible internet!!! My first day and already this whole bad experience. We'll see how we go the rest of the week. By the way, they never brought me in or asked if I had or found the TV control.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel that is less than a 100 meters from the Plaza de Armas and Cathedral. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. They provided a space heater for the chilly night. The Stagg was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with some selections of bread, fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, and of course coffee and tea selections. They offer coca tea too for those arriving at altitude.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel à quelques jours d’intervalle. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de la place d’armes de Puno. Nos chambres étaient spacieuses et bien propres. La literie était bonne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Dernier petit plus: un ascenseur, ce qui n’a pas souvent dans les hôtels vus au Pérou

We had a social activity and they did not lend us the room to do it. They preferred that we go somewhere else. We were 37 people who were going to have dinner and be entertained in a room with music from the hotel.
