Nous avons passé deux nuits en famille, avec au milieu une nuit sur une île du lac. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à deux pas de la rue de Lima, dans une rue plutôt calme. Le personnel est très attentionné et d’un grand service. Nous avons trouvé notre chambre assez grande pour trois personnes et décorée avec soin. Le seul bémol pourrait être le bruit venant des couloirs en cas de forte affluence car cela résonne beaucoup.

Hôtel moderne sans véritable charme mais très confortable et avec ascenseur. Lit king size, nécessaire de toilette complet. Thermos avec thé, tisanes, mate de coca dans la chambre ce qui est très appréciable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Decent room and clean. Bit noisy as on front of hotel (roadside) Central and convenient. Brought us hot water bottles which were lovely but needed! Plentiful breakfast and decent wi-fi in all areas of the hotel. Nice lobby with comfy seats.

We only stayed for one night as part of a group organised tour. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is a good spread with cooked eggs if required. There is a lift. Our room was basic but adequate, overlooking the front, not too noisy. Within walking distance to numerous shops bars and restaurants. The area felt safe. The best bit about the hotel is the breakfast.

Thanks to all the staff for making our stay in Puno so agreeable. We loved the heated room (we are entering the winter 🥶), the hot tea ready to serve and the wonderful service (breakfast was perfect). We do recommend this address if you plan to stay one or two nights in Puno.

Nice hotel located one block off of the main square. Many restaurants nearby. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to assist with any questions or concerns. Wonderful breakfast that you can have in your room or in the breakfast area. Would stay again if traveling back to Puno.

Wonderful staff. Very attentive. Clean. Quiet. Best included breakfast in Peru so far. Not as pictured but post corona at least eatable and tasty. 1 minute from the Main Street. Hot water and tea in the room. Even room service with breakfast. Instant hot water. Lovely decorated all throughout. And an elevator!!!
