Muy buena atención del personal y la habitación muy cómoda, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno con variedad para servirse. El contar con un ascensor hizo más fácil el desplazamiento, en general muy buen servicio y totalmente recomendable, volvere definitivamente.

Camas muy cómodas, bien ubicado, muy céntrico y personal muy amable. También ofrecen excursiones muy bien organizadas a las islas del lago Titicaca que te recogen y te dejan en la puerta del mismo hotel. Ofrecen servicio gratuito para guardar las maletas y después del check out te dejan estar en el hotel hasta la hora en que tengas que irte.

Muy buena atención del personal de recepción, te brindan garantía con los tours. Cuenta con desayuno desde las 6 de la mañana. Tiene una buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza de armas y de varios restaurantes de la zona. Cuentan con agua caliente y wifi.

La recibida al hotel durante la noche, la información sobre los diferentes tours, la atención y calidez del personal, el desayuno para todos los gustos, el agua caliente e infusiones a todas horas, la limpieza y detalles en la habitación, hasta la respuesta a las diferentes solicitudes por mi parte. Tome los tours a sillustani y Aramu Muru, los cuales han sido muy bien organizados por parte de los guías, sobre todo este último que consta de un dia completo de aventura. Mi estadía ha sido muy placentera, y estoy totalmente agradecido por el servicio.

Hotel was what we needed for our 2 night stay.
We did arrive around 12am and rang the doorbell and they let us in. Rooms where basic but clean. Breakfast was good.
