This place was just great. They thought of everything. Wonderful staff, great restaurant, premium location. Even offered oxygen for those who needed it. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We highly recommend this place when traveling to Puno, Peru.

We loved our stay and the attention of the very friendly staff, especially the young Pablo, very helpful, our room was with a view of the lake, it was great. As for the dinner, everything was very delicious and the varied breakfast, I would definitely return.

Great view, comfortable and super clean room. Service was good. It is a bit out of town. We arrived early and had to wait for the room. It would be more convenient to be in town. But at the end of the day pluses outweigh the only minus. Great customer service.

The care provided at Casa en Andina was excellent. The level of attention given to us was very good, always attentive to our concerns, especially from Miss Yvonne. Our trip was concise, but the comfort and attention made us feel at home. Also, the view you have from the lake is spectacular. We hope to return soon!! :)

This hotel has beautiful rooms with views over the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here, which was ample time to explore the lake and do our tour. The restaurant served great meals including breakfast, and the bar was very pleasant too. Happy to recommend!

From the moment you step foot in the hotel, you feel peace and comfort. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The view of the lake is wonderful, I would be sitting on the terrace all day. Thank you for the detail of the virgin Mirian and Julio, I will return for Candelaria 2025. =)
