Secrets Tides Punta Cana - Adults Only

I was expecting more from a 5 stars resorts. Food and beverages options weren't up to expectations. Staff were amazing 👏.

The resort is very nice but our butler service could have been better. Luis at the preferred pool area is what made our experience great! Our room (preferred master suite oceanview) was very nice. Could use a microwave and fridge in the kitchen area because I’m not sure why you have the kitchen area when you can’t use it. It wasted space.

Our experience at Secrets Tides in Punta. Cana was excellent. “E” made our experience even better. He was always there when needed and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed . I know “E” stands for Estarlin but it also represents Excellence. Thank you so much!

We travelled to Secrets Tides 2 years ago and had the most incredible holiday. We returned this year and Secrets Tides has went from strength to strength. We travelled from Scotland and stayed for 2 weeks and it was truly the most unbelievable holiday. The resort has matured and it is the most beautiful resort with amazing views and lovely touches everywhere. Our room was beautiful with lots of lovely touches. I just love the bluetooth speakers which carries my music all round the large spacious room. Housekeeping staff are incredible and mini bar is well stocked with drinks and snacks. Nightly turndown down is lovely to come back to at night. Jaime our butler was so lovely and checked in every day and arranged anything we needed on our holiday. We stayed at the activity pool daily and there is so much going on at this resort. They have truly upped their game. Your holiday can be as quiet or busy as you want it to be. We joined in everything. The entertainment team is sensational and there are so many activities and wonderful workshops. We joined in with everything and had so much fun. The resident band is incredible and there were bands, musicians, music,dj sets throughout the day and at night. The shows at night were good quality and we loved the retro parties,silent discos and beach party The quality of drink and food was top notch. Restuarants were beautiful with an ambiance and the buffet open at night was great if you wanted a break from the restuarants. I was a bit disappointed in the deserts this year but that may just be my personal taste. I found them all a bit creamy and cakey. Loved the creme brulee. Coco cafe is fantastic, coffees are amazing and ice cream great. The cakes were lovely but the same every day this year. Staff are truly incredible at this resort always happy,smiling, singing and dancing. They made us part of the Tides family this year and we had an absolute ball with them all. Although not American the 4th of July celebrations were incredible and so well organised. There were memorable experiences on every minute of the day So many staff to remember and they deserve recognition. Jaime our butler nothing was too much bother. Karen front desk manager who made this holiday so unforgettable. Entertainment team are fabulous. Special shout out to Tedi and Mayra, who we met last holiday and just picked up where we left off with them. Love these two. Justine, Daivid,Stephanie, Erica,Sander,Magda and Milady who made our stay unforgettable. Erica has just joined the team and is fantastic. Manuel who looked after us at the pool every morning Josefa always smiling,singing and dancing and Edwin who tirelessly brought drinks throughout the day. Confessa who remembered us and made such a fuss of us and Randy. All of our housekeeping staff our room was immaculate Alberto and Youni best bartenders and best drinks and Felix/Vasquez who remembered us from last holiday. My wife and I recently stayed at Secrets Tides Punta Cana for our honeymoon, and it exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is stunning. Everything feels modern, clean, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and housekeeping kept it spotless every day. One thing we really appreciated was the atmosphere. It was lively enough that there was always something going on, but it never felt overcrowded or loud. The evening entertainment around the lobby created a great vibe, and there were plenty of places to relax with a drink after dinner. The food was very good overall, especially considering it’s an all-inclusive. We enjoyed having so many restaurants to choose from without needing reservations, and breakfast at the buffet was consistently excellent. The drinks were also well made, and the bartenders were friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Estarlin. He was always friendly, easy to reach, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He checked in with us regularly and was always happy to help, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciated everything he did for us.

One of the best resorts we have been to. Very relaxing and worth every penny. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely be back multiple times. Hedral was a great host and had everything just as we expected. And beyond. Will definitely be requesting him each time we come. I

We had a wonderful 6 days at Secrets Tides. The resort was stunning. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. There were so many beautiful views and things to keep us busy we could have stayed another 6 days! The staff was fabulous!! Special shout outs to our attentive butler Milcedes. Zulinda and Jordy at the preferred pool. Edwin at rendezvous. Sandy in Oceana and El Patio. And the event staff Shakeria, Magda, and Erica. They made sure drinks and good vibes were always flowing!!
