What a super place - very clean, friendly and in a lovely area. We were met with a lovely helpful receptionist who gave us everything we needed. The room was clean, tidy with a lovely balcony. The restaurant was closed but they recommended one in the town (a 5 minute walk) which was perfect. There is a night shift receptionist on call who is helpful and is never far away - was even there in the morning to organise breakfasts. A great place to stay :-)

We stayed here for two nights on the occasion of visiting Santa Claus' village, Valentina was a polite and helpful girl, a comfortable structure with parking, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Top breakfast with homemade tarts and cakes. Advised

We stop here in February, a weekend. We find exemplary cleanliness, tranquility, the room already heated to the right point and everything is functional. Nice hotel at the entrance to Vetralla. Very friendly welcome. The rooms are large and pleasant. And very clean. The well-equipped bathroom. There is still no air conditioning (at least in my room). And the price may be a little high. Overall, pretty good.

We stayed here 1 night while walking the Via Francigena. Pluses: - Very good breakfast buffet included! - Helpful staff - Clean, quiet, secure - Nice outdoor garden area - Walkable to all Vetralla shops & restaurants (though it's not in the old town) Minuses: - Slow wifi - It's a bit of a walk down to a very busy road, then back up to the old city - Rooms felt a bit institutional and dormitory-like Overall, it's a fine place to stay overnight.
