Great place to stay! In town for work and couldn’t of been happier with the staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the overall establishment. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Came to Florida to visit family. Hotel is beautiful and luxurious! Every staff member was professional, helpful and welcoming. The robe was so incredible that I bought one to take home! All the accommodations were lovely and convenient. Definitely coming back next trip to Florida 🙂

We have stayed at the hotel numerous times in the last 4-5 years. The only place we will stay. The hotel is always clean and inviting and the staff is exceptional, from breakfast until the end of the day. The outside tiki bar area with entertainment is fantastic. And Dan and Billy bring our visits to another level each and every time we visit! They are the friendliest bartenders and will always have a new drink to try up their sleeve. They make our visit better each and every time.

This is the second year we have stayed here for a winter break from the Midwest. The location is perfect; walking distance to many restaurants, water view, and the tiki bar and boardwalk was steps away. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, but the fitness room was not great. There was only one working treadmill, and some of the free weights were missing.

I prepaid for my hotel stay 2 months in advance. Showed up and was told they overbooked and didn't have a room for me. They shuttled me over to sister property. They had no rooms available either. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION BEFORE ARRIVING...or just don't stay here. They tried to blame ******* but ultimately the hotel is responsible. At the point they realized they were overbooked, they should have contacted me. The front desk stated this happens frequently.

Not a good stay. We picked this hotel because they had a hot tub and called to make sure it was working. It was luke warm at best and was told that it was as warm as it was going to get. Also the shower head in the room was broken.

I stayed at the Four Points Punta Gorda the whole month of March. I was there for work. I can not express enough how wonderful my stay was. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were kept so clean. I called ahead of my stay and talked with Tony and had a few personal requests. Tony made sure everything was perfect when I arrived. The shuttle was always available. I cannot say enough good things about how well this hotel is operated. Thank you again… Hope to see you all again soon.

Nice Hotel overall. Was it worth the money-- that is questionable. Perhaps if the room had a view.
