So far the app has worked swimmingly and I plan on using it again, the hotel staff has been really nice and I've had no problems so far.

We tried to cancel the booking as soon as we arrived. The entire 3rd floor smelled like smoke, the shower floor was filthy, the “heated” pool was freezing and needed cleaning. Service was nonexistent. Overall the hotel is old and run down. Not worth the money.
