Hotel good. But which room is allocated for me, there was a plumbing problem. They providye me with another room. And after 30 min of entering that room again ask me to change my room. I am not feeling well then.

1) location :great: centrally located. 2) food : no restaurant. Dining space is available. Prepared veg lunch/ dinner is available. Non veg dishes are procured from outside. Choice of breakfast (included) is limited to 4 items a) puri-bhaji b) bread toast c) upama d) poha. Tea, coffee and limited choice of snack is prepared and served. 3) hygiene : moderate -nothing untoward but needs improvement 4) safe stay with family. Staff members and workmen are quite decent and helpful. No parking space for cars/ two wheelers. No lift but the hotel is on the first floor.

There's no dining room. Water is not available every time we have to request for water. Cleanliness is average. Hotel manager is horrible, no sign of cooperation is noticed. Overall experience for hotel is pathetic
