The best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Indonesia. The whole hotel has central air conditioning. It is the tallest building nearby. The quilts and sheets are very new and clean. There is a guy at the front desk who speaks very good English. The restaurant in the hotel tastes very good and provides free drinking water. It is about a 10-minute drive from Jodipan Rainbow Village (use GRAB and choose the nearest point). The only drawback is that there are many mosques around, and they are always playing scriptures, which is not affected by us who don't understand Indonesian.

The hotel is comfortable, nice, clean and quite cheap. It's nice that the rooms are quite spacious and really right in the middle of the city, even though there are lots of traffic jams around the hotel. Glad the service is friendly and impressive. Thank you

The cleanliness is not very good for an Ibis class hotel. The warm water swimming pool facility is what I like most about Ibis Malang.

Ibis have shown that they deserve credit for their efforts to maintain their standard of cleanliness. The room is clean and the location is strategic enough to be in the centre of Malang City with a nearby mart and coffee shop. I love to come and stay in Ibis again. Thank you Ibis!
