The executive class period is a level below the suite but the bathroom smells of urine, when I arrived there was only 1 bath towel and that was the towel from the gym/swimming pool, what was even more sad was the condition of the gym/fitness, it wasn't maintained, equipment was missing, the treadmill was broken and didn't turn on, face towels there isn't one, there isn't anyone guarding the pool area, if there is a case of someone or a child being in the swimming pool, do you have to call first or go to the lobby? Dàaaan... asked for a spare card key, there wasn't any or it wasn't given, even if I had to make a deposit I never had a problem paying, but this was rejected first on the grounds that the room was full, in this way is the 4 star label still worth attaching? I ordered an executive room, not deluxe let alone superior... haha...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luminor Hotel Purwokerto during my trip to Indonesia, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's prime location near Purwokerto Train Station and Alun alun made exploring the area effortless. The impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel showcased their commitment to hygiene. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing clear instructions and going above and beyond to assist with any queries. The value for money was outstanding, considering the luxurious facilities provided, including a well-equipped gym. Although the swimming pool was under renovation, the other amenities more than made up for it. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread, offering both traditional and western cuisine, complete with a chocolate fountain and ice cream. Overall, Luminor Hotel Purwokerto impressed me with its good location, well-maintained facilities, cleanliness, and thoughtful services like the free shuttle to the train station. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Purwokerto.
